Chapter 7 School Bullying
Teacher Li Mei's words brought a little warmth to He Shu's cold heart.
It turns out that the world is not all dark, and life is not all bitter. There are good teachers like Li Mei who have deep expectations ...
Because of what Li Mei said: "It will be no problem for him to get into high school."
He Shu began to study madly with an unprecedented serious attitude.
He Shu wants to study hard, but there are always people who don't want him to succeed.
The fight seemed to be over, but Lai Huaguang had become his enemy and was still secretly encouraging his friends to deal with He Shu.
Someone deliberately threw his book into the trash can while he went to the toilet, and someone deliberately splashed pen ink on He Shu's clean school uniform.
Or they might deliberately step on or bump into him while running laps, pushing him aside.
He Shu would not go to Teacher Li Mei every day for these trivial matters, so he could only swallow his anger.
He Shu tried not to go out during breaks, or stood alone in the corner. In this school, he was excluded and isolated.
But Xia Miao would not tolerate it. If she saw it, she would immediately stand up for He Shu or tell the teacher directly.
Xia Miao's behavior did not scare these boys. Instead, they thought that He Shu only knew how to hide behind women.
He even laughed at Xia Miao for liking He Shu and being interested in He Shu when she jumped out.
In fact, the development periods of boys and girls are different. In elementary school, playmates are not determined by gender, and only friends with compatible personalities are chosen.
By junior high school, the distinction between boys and girls became clear.
Some precocious children will begin to have fantasies about the opposite sex.
This fantasy is vague yet certain.
What is vague is the feeling of playing with the opposite sex.
What is clear is that there are differences between men and women, and the boundaries between them should be clear.
This kind of clarity will strangely turn into ridicule. Whoever is with a girl all day will be said to like her, or she likes him?
Then everyone started to make fun of it and started making fun of it.
And often at this age, boys and girls are most sensitive.
Even if there is such a couple who really have a vague affection for each other, their newly established and immature self-esteem will turn into self-shame amid everyone's booing and ridicule.
Most girls develop feelings earlier than boys.
When the male classmates who bullied He Shu saw how she defended He Shu, they attacked her with these words which should have been beautiful but were regarded as ridicule.
Xia Miao gradually lost the attack and did not dare to see He Shu for several days.
I felt like my little thoughts had been exposed.
But all this was not what Lai Huaguang wanted to see, because he was considered to be the more "precocious" one among the boys.
He didn't like his classmates joking that Xia Miao and He Shu were a couple.
Whenever classmates started to make a fuss, the blush on Xia Miao's face seemed to be the anger in Lai Huaguang's heart.
He started to get more and more aggressive, and even gathered a few people to surround He Shu in the toilet. Several people held He Shu down, slapped him, hit him in the stomach, and even wanted to strip him of his clothes.
He Shu was not the kind of person who would silently take a beating, but no matter how hard he struggled, he could not defeat several of them. Several times, it was the teacher who got the news and rushed over to save him.
The school contacted their parents, and in front of them, the students who bullied him apologized in a good manner and wrote self-criticisms.
In the end, the matter was resolved, and after a while, they would continue to bully He Shu inside or outside the school.
One day, when He Shu stood up to answer a question, a man named Wang Yong in the back seat received a signal from Lai Huaguang.
Before He Shu sat down, he used a syringe to smear red ink on his stool.
He Shu didn't notice it until after class, when he saw the large dark red spot on the back of his school uniform pants amid the laughter of his classmates.
"He Shu, are you a woman? Hahaha." The teacher left the classroom, and Wang Yong and Lai Huaguang and others laughed loudly.
Some girls in the class started their menstrual periods when they were in junior high school, and their pants would occasionally get wet.
Everyone knows what it means.
But now He Shu, do boys also have menstrual periods?
No one cared about He Shu's face and the whole class was in chaos.
He Shu's face turned red and white. He looked at the stains on the stool and the marks on the ground, raised his hand and punched Wang Yong...
The female classmates screamed in fright. Xia Miao rushed over but was pushed aside by Lai Huaguang.
When Li Mei arrived, He Shu was besieged by five or six boys in the class. The classroom was in chaos and the desks in the middle were knocked over.
I hurriedly pulled it open and found that there was blood and flesh around one of He Shu's eyes.
I just got pushed by someone and bumped into the corner of the table.
As the teacher helped He Shu up, all the students in the class fell silent out of fear. Even the ones who had beaten him started to get scared.
He Shu was taken to the school infirmary for examination. Fortunately, he only had a scratch on the corner of his eye, which looked a bit scary, but his eyeball was not injured.
Li Mei was worried, so she took He Shu to the hospital for a check-up.
When going to the hospital, He Shu took off his school uniform jacket and wrapped it around his waist to cover the dark red spot on his buttocks.
"He Shu, do you want to call your father?"
The examination results showed that the eye was fine, but the wound at the corner of the eye was a bit deep, and the two stitches might leave a scar.
Li Mei wanted to inform He Shu's father that this matter was not a trivial matter and that those students must be held accountable.
It is also easier for students' parents to talk to each other, since she is a teacher after all.
He Shu shook his head. No matter how big the problem was, he would not want to ask He Zhicheng to support him.
"I was the first to do it."
"What?"
"I was the one who hit someone first this time." He Shu said in a low voice.
A prank can be disguised as a joke, but the first person to do it will always be held accountable.
He Shu knew clearly that he didn't want to face those parents alone, especially Lai Huaguang's mother. He Shu had seen her fighting ability and knew that he would not be able to gain any advantage against her.
Li Mei felt a little distressed when she heard this: "He Shu, you don't have to be afraid, the teacher will treat the problem fairly and impartially."
"The teacher knows that they bullied you. It was wrong for you to start the fight first, but you also had your reasons. The teacher will help you talk to those parents about this. Whoever should bear the responsibility should bear the responsibility."
He Shu shook his head: "Teacher, can I go home first?"
"Okay, I'll ask for a few days off from school. You need to keep your eyes clean. After the swelling goes down in a couple of days, I'll take you to the hospital for another checkup."
Looking at He Shu's bruised face and the stains on his body, Li Mei agreed and sent He Shu downstairs.
But looking at He Shu's back as he entered the stairwell, she felt worried again.
"Is it okay for you to be home alone? Or why don't you stay at the teacher's house for a few days?"
Li Mei always remembered He Shu's mother's instructions. She couldn't do much, she just wanted the child to be with her when he was wronged.
"No thanks, teacher."
He Shu went upstairs. Li Mei sighed helplessly and her face became serious again.
These kids are really going too far . She has criticized them several times before, but this time they are even worse.
Li Mei rushed to the school seriously, determined to teach those students who bullied others a lesson.
Bullying is absolutely not allowed in her class!
