Chapter 4: A chaotic etiquette lesson Part 3
"It's out of date to call them Mr. and Ms., we can't call them that anymore." Joseph looked at me seriously and said.
"Oh, okay! What is that called?" I smiled brightly, looking at Joseph, who was full of energy to learn like a studious baby.
Facing my bright smile, Joseph frowned in confusion, and finally said unhappily: "Little bitch!"
"Okay!" I nodded without any doubt and wrote it down carefully in my notebook.
I unconsciously looked at the five temporary teachers who were already exhausted and collapsed on the side. For some reason, I always felt that their background was made up of countless black lines, and their eyes were rolled up to the sky, expressing their speechlessness.
After I came back from the restroom, the two female members I had just seen in the restroom disappeared. Then, due to my unusual enthusiasm for learning, other temporary "teachers" were "killed" one after another. In addition to being unable to explain my tireless "not ashamed to ask questions", my learning ability was too strong. I understood everything they said, and every move was just right, so they had nothing to teach me.
In the end, Joseph had to step in personally and teach me some language that could bring my classmates closer together, which were the conversations I saw before!
"'Classmate or friend' means 'scammer'!" Joseph was puzzled by my look and could only blink his eyes and continue teaching.
"Okay! What a scam!" I carefully wrote it down in my notebook.
Is it my illusion? Why do I seem to see countless exclamation marks on the heads of the "five teachers" and golden birds?
"'You're wrong' means 'get out of here'!" Joseph said, and I saw a malicious smile flash across his handsome face. Uh, was it my illusion?
With a "bang", the "five teachers" suddenly fell off their chairs.
"Stupid bastards, are you okay?" I looked at them in confusion. They were sitting comfortably, how could they fall down?
"Ignore them. The phrase 'Are you okay?' that you just said, in our commonly used vocabulary, means 'Do you want to burn paper?'" Joseph said seriously.
"Oh? Why do we have to burn paper?" I couldn't help but ask, because I saw several teachers who were lying on the ground screaming in pain suddenly glared at Joseph.
"Well, here in our country, burning paper means to ward off evil spirits, which means that you care about them so much that you ask the gods to bless them." Joseph looked at me seriously and said.
"Oh! You are all so kind!" I nodded with great benefit and immediately wrote down the content in my notebook. It turns out that these people also have such a kind side. However, the one I admire most is Joseph. He really knows everything and teaches me without reservation. He is my god and I will definitely burn paper for him every day.
"Your Highness, we have something to do, so we'll leave first. You guys continue teaching!" Finally, one of the teachers rolled his eyes and said, waved at us lazily, and left.
"Goodbye, my dear 'scam' prince!" another teacher said gritting his teeth, staring at Joseph with half-closed eyes.
"'Get lost', Your Highness should be addressed as 'little bitch'." The third teacher raised his eyebrows and showed a smug smirk.
I looked at Joseph in confusion. Why did they say something strange to me? Moreover, Joseph also showed his contempt for them.
"You two have such a good relationship!" I smiled enviously, lowered my head and reviewed the notes in my notebook, and suddenly felt a little depressed. "I envy you so much. Although I am the eldest daughter of the Wen family, maybe because I love medical experiments so much, I don't have any 'scammers' around me."
"Pfft..." Joseph suddenly burst into laughter, then immediately covered his mouth, his face flushed.
"Laugh if you want to ! I know you are surrounded by 'scammers' and will definitely laugh at my failure." I said sadly.
There's nothing I can do. From childhood to adulthood, my friends around me have left me one by one. Even Heather, who admired me the most, eventually entered the entertainment industry and left me.
However, after hearing my complaint, Joseph immediately stopped smiling and glanced at me with half-closed eyes, as if I had said something impolite.
The early morning sunlight was as thin as a cicada's wing, shining through the green ginkgo leaves, casting starlight all over the ground. Standing under the tree, I felt like I was bathing in the Milky Way and traveling in the universe.
Finally, a ray of colorful light hit my eyes. It was a very "dazzling" color that belonged to Joseph. Alas, I really didn't understand his taste in clothes.
"Hi!" I greeted Joseph who was just walking towards the school gate using the greeting method I just learned yesterday.
When he saw me, Joseph seemed to be struck by thunder. He half-closed his eyes and stared at me for a long time before he spoke: "What are you wearing?"
I blinked my watery eyes innocently, looked at my outfit today, and looked at Joseph in confusion. When I left yesterday, Joseph warned me seriously that if I wanted to get closer to my classmates, I had to change those cute tutu skirts. But I didn’t have any other clothes except tutu skirts! Finally, Joseph had no choice but to say, "You should have sportswear, right?" This woke me up, so I wore sportswear today.
It's quite decent, what's wrong with it?
"I told you to wear sportswear, why are you wearing riding clothes? Are you going into battle to kill the enemy?" Joseph said with a hateful tone, pulled my high ponytail, flashed through the crowd, and walked on the winding cobblestone path.
"This is my only sportswear!" I said aggrievedly, looking down at the slim and capable red riding suit on my body, sighing silently in my heart. There was nothing I could do. With a living expense of 1,000 yuan a month, I couldn't afford to buy any other clothes!
"Hey! You really are a time traveler from ancient times . Why don't you just wear armor?" Joseph growled unhappily, rolled his eyes and said with a look of disgust.
"I want to, too! But my armor is in Europe and I didn't bring it here." I said weakly, lowering my head. I also think it's more appropriate to wear armor, but it's too late! The housekeeper said that the earliest he could send my armor and clothes here would be tonight.
With a loud bang, Joseph stood there dumbfounded. Was he struck by lightning again? Why did it seem like there was smoke coming out of his head?
"I don't want to bother with you. Don't follow me." After being stunned for a while, Joseph said with a look of disgust, then turned around and quickly distanced me from him.
"No, we studied oriental etiquette for so long yesterday, and I can't wait to put my learning into practice." I quickly took Joseph's hand and looked at him with starry eyes. I couldn't wait for Joseph to accompany me to witness the moment when I become the most popular princess.
With a "ding" sound, Joseph's expression froze instantly. Was he flattered ? Actually, he didn't need to be so reserved. All I learned was the result of his careful teaching.
"Well, well, I, I have something to do, you, you find someone else to accompany you." Joseph swallowed and stammered.
Look! He was so nervous that he stuttered! I really think that Joseph is a 100% smart and kind boy. Every time he helped me and I wanted to thank him, he always refused.
However, this time, I must drag him along to witness the whole process of me becoming the "Queen of Social"!
"Hi! What a scumbag." Just then, two girls from our class passed by us, and I excitedly started chatting them up using the "friendship skills" that Joseph taught me yesterday.
Faced with my enthusiasm, the two girls turned gray in an instant, and I even saw more black lines on their heads than hair! Uh, did I say something wrong again?
"Uh, hello, Your Highness. Hello, classmate Wen, classmate Wen." Girl A nodded and greeted us awkwardly.
Girl B forced an ugly smile at us, then quickly left with Girl A. Before leaving, I heard her say in surprise, "Is that still the Miss Wen we know? She actually said the word 'scam'."
Hehe! Is she praising me? Does she think it is a supreme honor for me to call them "scammers"?
"There are too few students taking the small path, so let's take the spacious campus avenue. This way, I can let more students see how powerful I am. I must make them look at me with admiration." I said confidently, and pulled Joseph towards the campus avenue with more traffic.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey..." Joseph said this, and his protest was ineffective as I dragged him towards the crowd.
Hehe! Dear Joseph, you are so enthusiastic in helping me. I will definitely not forget you. I will let you witness every glorious moment with me.
