Episode 3 Chapter 024: Haunted Building
It was basically decided that mom and dad were going to leave. If I just said it, it would be useless. In the end, it was Shi Hu and Master Nan who helped to say something. Mom and dad finally put aside their worries and agreed to go home to see the family first. In fact, I urged mom and dad to go back because I was worried that my eldest brother's case would be related to mine. Also, since this thing was aimed at me, and now it has implicated my father and mother, if they can leave safely without being implicated, I definitely want them to leave. So then my father and mother decided to go back, and they meant that since they were going to go back, the sooner the better, so they decided to go tomorrow. My mother was still worried about me, but after I persuaded her, she finally felt relieved.

Regarding those different videos I saw in the morning, of course I don’t dare to believe what my mother and the others revealed. Master Nan and my mother said that since we can feel the existence of the thing in this house, and we are still safe and sound, it means that so far, its purpose is not to harm us, but it has some other intentions. If it is really something that harms people, I am afraid it would have ceased to exist before we even know it exists.
My mom and the others were very convinced by Master Nan's words and didn't say anything. Later, Master Nan said that there was something strange about the seventh floor and asked me to go with them to take a look. My dad and mom stayed at home.
I knew that this was a way for Master Nan and Shi Hu to avoid my mother and the others, so I didn't say anything and went down with Shi Hu and the others. We didn't take the elevator, but went down the corridor. After going down one floor, Master Nan said that we didn't need to go to the seventh floor, at least not for the time being, and he also told me to pay attention to the seventh floor, avoid it if possible, and don't go there unless it is absolutely necessary.
I thought Master Nan might have seen something, so I asked him what the reason was for the seventh floor. Master Nan said it was too early to say and he didn't dare to make a rash decision for fear of misleading us.
Since we didn't go to the seventh floor, we went all the way downstairs. It was obvious that Master Nan came prepared. When he arrived at the community downstairs, he looked up at the building. I didn't know what he was looking at. Then I heard Shi Hu say that the building I lived in gave people a weird feeling. I looked up and saw that it was a little darker than the other floors. I had never noticed this and would not care about it. Besides, it was just a feeling and could easily be ignored as an illusion.
Master Nan said that if it was like this during the day, let alone at night, and Master Nan said that these strange things must have started from my room, because my room happened to be on this side. Master Nan said that it was not wrong, and then Master Nan mentioned that he heard Shi Hu say that I looked down at night and saw a person standing under the street light. I did tell Shi Hu about this. Master Nan asked me if I saw the person clearly and whether I recognized him
I said it was too high, and it was night time, so I only saw a person. I had no idea what he looked like, but I could tell from his clothes and the way he stood that he was a man. That's why I thought he was a stalker when I first saw him.
As we were talking, we had already arrived under the street light. Master Nan stood under the street light and asked me if this was how he stood. After asking several times, he adjusted his posture and position. When the place where Master Nan stood and his general appearance was the same as how I thought that person should stand, Master Nan looked up at the building.
But Master Nan had no expression from beginning to end. Perhaps he was too used to seeing these things and no longer had any expression of surprise or fear. Master Nan looked for a while and then told me to stand there and look up like him to see what I could see.
So I stood there somewhat suspiciously, then looked up. To be honest, I could basically see the entire building from this look, which was completely different from when I looked down from the window, because when I looked down from the window, I could only see the road, but looking up from here, I could see all the residents on this side.
So when I was standing there, I began to doubt whether the person standing under the street light was really looking at me, because I had a preconceived notion that I saw him and found that he was also looking up, so I thought he was staring at me. Now when I think about it, I can't help but feel that I was a little narrow-minded.
Since Master Nan asked me to look up, there must be a reason for that. So I looked towards my floor. From where I was, I could basically see nothing because the height of the eleventh floor made many things blurry and small. It was noon and the window was open. But when I looked at the window, I seemed to see this person standing by the window. I was shocked at the first sight, and then I went to look by myself. It seemed that there was someone standing there. He seemed to be looking down from above, and I could tell from their clothes and general figure that this was not my father and mother. If it wasn't them, then who could it be?
Maybe it was because my expression was a little obvious, Shi Hu and Master Nan both noticed the change . Shi Hu didn't say anything, but Master Nan asked me what I saw. My eyes were still fixed on the window of my room, and I seemed to be answering Master Nan or talking to myself, saying, "That's not right!"
Soon I discovered something even more shocking. I looked up at the twelfth floor, and found that there was also a person standing by the window there. However, this person looked familiar. When I saw this person, I immediately thought of the mannequin. The person on the window on the twelfth floor also had long hair, but it looked more like it was hanging by the window.
After seeing this scene, I looked towards the seventh floor as if I suddenly remembered something, and sure enough, there was a person on the window on the seventh floor, but this person looked very similar to the scene in my memory of Old Liu looking at me by the window, and this person also looked very similar to Old Liu.
Maybe Shi Hu and Master Nan asked me a question but I didn't answer them for a long time, so Shi Hu called me again. I felt like I wanted to answer him, but I could n't open my mouth. I didn't know what was going on, and my eyes stayed on the window on the seventh floor, and I couldn't move away at all. I even felt that the surroundings suddenly became completely quiet, as if I was the only one there.
Finally, it was Master Nan who pushed me, and I felt as if I had woken up from a dream. When I looked towards the window again, there was no one there.
Shi Hu asked me what happened, and my face turned pale. I looked at Master Nan and asked him in horror, "Did you see what happened just now?"
Master Nan asked me what I saw, so I told him what I saw. While I was speaking, I wiped the cold sweat from my head. In just a short while , there was a dense layer of sweat beads on my forehead.
Master Nan asked me to get down from the streetlight, and then said we should go back home first. It seemed that we had to get something done at home, otherwise we would not have a peaceful night. As for what Master Nan saw, he did not say, and I was very curious, did he see the same scene as me, or did he see something else but was unwilling to say it?
Finally, when we entered the corridor , Master Nan said that it was because he didn't see anything that he asked me to come and see. I felt a little confused. How could Master Nan not see anything? Then Master Nan said that he was worried because he didn't see anything, because if he didn't see it, it would mean that this matter was beyond his ability.
