Chapter 7 The Mysterious Visitor 3. Niao Niao's boyfriend
After Wu Yu and Yun Yunqing knew that the mysterious old man, Xinluo and Niao Niao lived in the old house, they thought that they might know Su Wei, and even more likely some secrets. After they suspected Shang Xinluo and Niao Niao, they deliberately paid attention to them and found that they returned to the old house almost every night and went out early the next morning. Wu Yu knew that they were going to school. As for the mysterious old man, he seemed to always go out early and come back late, and sometimes he didn't even go home. As they were laughing, Wu Yu suddenly thought of the mysterious old man, so he said, "It's your birthday, Niaoniao, why hasn't your grandfather come back?"
"Grandpa may not come back tonight, or he may come back late." Niao Niao said without raising her head while picking vegetables.
Wu Yu opened his mouth to ask the reason, but swallowed the words back and didn't feel comfortable asking.
"Sister Yunyun," Xinluo said with a smile as she was busy putting the cleaned fish into the red-hot pot, "I have something happy to tell you tonight."
Yunyun became interested when she heard this. She looked at Xinluo and smiled, "What's the matter? Why are you so happy?"
"Sister, please don't say that. Niao Niao is embarrassed!" Niao Niao said in a soft voice.
Yunyun hurriedly urged : "What's the happy thing?"
"elder sister……"
"Niao Niao's boyfriend is coming here tonight to celebrate her birthday with her."
"Boyfriend?" Yunyun pinched Niao's little face with her hand and said with a smile.
"Don't listen to my sister's nonsense. He's just a friend. How can he be called a boyfriend?" Niao Niao smiled awkwardly.
"Really? If Niao Niao asks him to come, then they are no longer just ordinary friends," Yunyun joked.
"Look at what Sister Yunyun said..." A blush appeared on Niao Niao's fair face.
When Wu Yu saw Yunyun getting along so well with them, he felt for a moment that Yunyun seemed to be very familiar with them.

"He has been here twice, including in the evening not long ago. I don't think he will get lost."

While they were talking, they suddenly heard light footsteps outside the door. Wu Yu and Yunyun thought that Niao Niao's boyfriend would not mention the devil, and the devil would appear.
While they were surprised, the man had already walked in. They saw that it was the mysterious old man. The mysterious old man seemed a little surprised to see Wu Yu and Yun Yun here, but he remained silent.
Wu Yu and Yunyun smiled at the old man as a greeting.
"Grandpa is back." Xinluo and Niao Niao said almost in unison.
The old man nodded, then turned and walked out.
Wu Yu and Yunyun were surprised that he went there; the yard was dark.
Niao Niao seemed to see their surprise and smiled, "My grandfather went to his room. His room is several rooms away from ours."
"Grandpa has lived in that room for so many years. My sister and I have been curious about his room since we were young. However, it is dark in there, and grandpa has never let us go in for so many years. It seems that there is some secret hidden in it, but what is it? Grandpa has never told us." Niao Niao said with a sigh.
After hearing what Niao Niao said, Wu Yu wondered what the relationship was between Niao Niao and the old man and the ancient house. They had been living here all the time. From Niao Niao's tone, Niao Niao and Xinluo grew up here since childhood. Then what about their parents? However, he couldn't ask directly. After thinking for a moment, he said tactfully, "Did Niao Niao and Xinluo grow up in this ancient house since childhood?"
"Yeah, what's wrong?" Niao Niao looked at Wu Yu puzzledly.
Wu Yu was about to ask more when suddenly a ghostly sound rang out, startling everyone. Niao Niao smiled sheepishly and said, "The phone is ringing." She took out her phone from her pouch and answered it.
"Are you here? I'm outside the door. Wait a moment, I'll go out now." After saying that, Niao Niao hung up the phone, turned around, picked up the lantern and went out. At this time, Xin Luo lit another lantern.
After a while, the sound of footsteps was heard outside the door, and in the dim light, Niao Niao and a man were seen walking in.
When Wu Yu and Yun Yun saw the man, they were so frightened that they almost screamed and their faces changed color.
The visitor and Xinluo looked puzzled at their surprise. Niao Niao couldn't help but be curious and asked, "What's wrong with you?"
