Chapter 6 Artifact Ring!
Bing Ning'er originally saw hope waving at her, but just when she thought she had escaped, she was suddenly caught by someone. She was so frightened that she stood there.
Looking at the group of players and NPCs approaching her, and then looking at the masked man in front of her, she was distraught. Why was her life so miserable? She just wanted to enter the game to make some money. Before she could transfer the money, she took a troublesome task from the hunchback village chief. It was even better now. She was directly judged as a wanted criminal by the system.
Just when Bing Ning'er was standing there with tears in her eyes, waiting to be caught and put in jail for life, the masked man in white clothes next to her suddenly carried her on his shoulders for some unknown reason and ran wildly out of the village.
Bing Ning'er looked in astonishment at the group of players that were getting farther and farther away from her, and the group of NPCs that were gradually disappearing. This person was so fast.
But... could he please stop carrying himself like a sack?
Bing Ning'er frowned in pain. She was being carried on someone's shoulders and running quickly. Her whole stomach felt uncomfortable and the soup that the silver-haired grandma cooked for her was about to be poured out.
Finally, the masked man in white carried Bing Ning'er into a forest. He threw her directly to the ground and looked at her motionlessly through the mask.
After being thrown to the ground, Bing Ning'er lay there in pain and began to dry heave. She felt nauseous, but unfortunately she couldn't vomit anything. This game is too realistic, which is the downside. If Bing Ning'er felt more uncomfortable, she could really vomit what she ate.
After a long while, Bing Ning'er felt that she was not so uncomfortable, and then she remembered the man who had just saved her. When she looked up, she saw the man wearing a white bat mask and looking at her. The way he looked at her made her feel uncomfortable, as if Bing Ning'er was a lamb to be slaughtered.
Could it be that he had just escaped from the wolf pack and now fell into the tiger's mouth?
"What do you want to do?" Bing Ning'er asked after cautiously taking a step back.
When the masked man in white saw Bing Ning'er's defensive look, a hint of interest flashed across his eyes, but his tone was cold as he spoke: "Hand over the ring on you."
Ring? Bing Ning'er was stunned for a second.
After hearing what the man said, she remembered that when she entered the game, the nagging real-life NPC Hua Wu gave her a ring. After entering the game, she didn't have time to think about that thing for a while, until this moment when the man mentioned it, she remembered it.
Bing Ning'er looked at the masked man opposite her even more nervously at this moment. You know, the ring was given to her by NPC Hua Wu. She herself had forgotten where it was, so how could the man in front of her know it?
And it seems that he is not an NPC, because NPCs have their names above their heads, but this masked man obviously has no name above his head, which means he is a player?
Then how did he know that Bingning'er had a ring on her?
After thinking about this, she said in a nervous tone: "You , what ring are you talking about? I don't know what you are talking about. If you have nothing to do, I will leave first." After saying that, she quickly got up from the ground and took two steps back.
"Hand over the ring and I'll give you money, or I'll take you to hand it over to the NPC. Choose one." The masked man in white didn't pay any attention to Bing Ning'er's defensive look at all. He just stated his conditions coldly.
"You, you are sick. I told you I don't have the ring. You want to hand me over to the NPC, why did you take me away just now?" Bing Ning'er yelled at the man opposite her in anger. She hated being threatened the most. This guy actually threatened her. Although she was short of money now, seeing that this man actually said that he would use money to buy her ring, who knows what the ring is worth, she would not be so stupid as to sell it without thinking.
"I took you away because I thought it would be happier to receive the reward alone. Is there a problem?"
After hearing the man's righteous words, Bing Ning'er was unable to catch her breath and was almost angry to death. She glared at the masked man with her big eyes fiercely . How could there be such a bad man in this world?
Is there a problem? Of course she has a problem, but no matter what her problem is, that man seems to not let her go.
But did he really think he could threaten her in this way?
Bing Ning'er took two steps back cautiously, and when she saw that the masked man still didn't react, she suddenly turned around and ran deep into the woods. She didn't believe that this guy could catch her again. She must have been too careless at the entrance of the village just now, so he caught her.
When the masked man in white saw Bing Ning'er running for her life, his thin lips slightly curled up to form a beautiful arc. It would not do if she ran away like this, he had to get the ring back.
When Bing Ning'er was about to be lost in front , the white figure suddenly jumped out as fast as lightning, and Bing Ning'er, who was thought to be about to escape, was now held in the hands of the masked man in white.
"Ah - bad guy, let go of me quickly." Bing Ning'er stretched her hands back to pull the hand on the back of her neck, but the hand held the back of her collar and refused to let go.
"Do you want to keep running?" the masked man in white asked her coldly.
"If you dare to let go, I will run away. Anyway, I don't have the ring you mentioned." Bing Ning'er said with a desperate look on her face. Anyway, she would not hand over the ring.
"Still not being honest? If I'm not sure about something, I will come to you?" The handsome brows of the man under the mask gradually frowned. He didn't expect that the woman in front of him would be so disobedient.
"Well, so what if I have that ring? The ring is mine, why should I give it to you? Although I'm short of money, I don't want your dirty money!" Bing Ning'er shouted unwillingly. The ring was obviously given to her by Hua Wu, so why did this man know about it and even wanted to buy the ring by force? He said he was buying it, but how was his behavior different from robbery?
In fact, it is false to say that she does not care about other people's money. After all, Bing Ning'er really needs money now, but she is not selling the ring under such circumstances.
And judging by the way this man was determined to snatch it, the ring seemed to be a good thing. Bing Ning'er remembered what Hua Wu had said, that once she used the ring, it would be bound to her character, and when she thought of this, she made a decision in her mind.
While the man was holding her collar, as if thinking about something, Bing Ning'er quietly called out her package, and when she saw an emerald green ring inside, she took it out directly and quickly.
The masked man in white who was holding her up only had time to see a flash of emerald green light . He had no chance to stop it at all. He saw the ring being put on the ring finger of Bing Ning'er's right hand.
Then the system notification sounded in their ears, because once it is gold-level equipment or above, the system will announce it, not to mention that this ring is...
Bing Ning'er saw the man put down his collar. She looked back at him triumphantly and stretched out her right hand in front of him, saying, "Oh, I accidentally bound it. Let's see how you can snatch it back." Humph, the damn man actually wanted to snatch her ring. When she was binding it just now, she realized that this ring was a very good thing, a magic weapon!!!
