Chapter 27 Victor's Decision

"Fuck you!" This is just a very common swear word.
But at this moment, it was like a bomb dropped into a crowd of people.
Everyone was stunned.
Whether it was the two Piltover ladies, the teachers and students passing by, or the students standing behind her... everyone's eyes were dazed by Lina:
How dare she?
How dare a student like that?
"What did you just say?" The two aunts finally reacted.
They were shocked at first, then indignant, and finally they cursed out in anger: "Say it again?"
"I..." Lina's anger was blocked.
Oops, she acted impulsively.
Even though these two aunts were just ordinary school employees and the lowest-level citizens of Piltover, she couldn't afford to offend them.
Oh... why didn't she learn her lesson? She was so impulsive before, which was why she offended Miss Kaya to death.
"Speak? Why don't you say anything?"
"Let everyone see what kind of quality you have!"
The scene was dead silent.
Not only Lina, but also the students around her had ugly expressions on their faces.
However, some of them were looking at the two aunts silently, feeling angry in their hearts.
Some people looked at Lina with a hint of resentment, as if they were complaining that she was using foul language and ruining their reputation in Piltover.
"Humph!" The aunts glared at Lina who remained silent: "Apologize to us!"
"Apologize loudly here, or this matter will not end!"
Lina's body trembled, and she could no longer suppress her anger.
"You dare to do it but you don't dare to take responsibility, right?"
"Okay, let me see how capable you are..."
The aunties sat back in their seats and took down the pile of stationery:
"I'm leaving it at that—"
"If you don't apologize, we won't give you these notebooks and pens!"
"You?!" Lina widened her eyes in anger.
The students behind her couldn't help but get angry:
It’s so bullying.
They are already students of Piltover University, and are considered to be the chosen ones in the eyes of outsiders.
But two ordinary Piltover women, with a notebook and a pen, could easily control them and make them stand here and be scolded.
"These stationery are given to us by the school..." Lina finally couldn't help it again: "What qualifications do you have to not give them out? Even if I have a problem, you have no right to not give stationery to others!"
"Hey?" The old lady just sneered: "What? You think you have the right to scold me? I said I won't publish it, so I won't publish it. If you have the guts, go and complain to the professors!"
"A bunch of stinking beggars... who's afraid of who?"
The crowd was in an uproar again.
Those two aunts unconsciously aroused the anger of all the students.
They are angry and frustrated.
They all wanted to be like Lina and curse out what was in their hearts.
" Everyone !" Lina could feel the anger of her fellow countrymen. This emotion in turn affected her, inspiring her to do something that no student had ever dared to do before: "Everyone, let's go and file a complaint!"
"You, what did you say?!" The aunt's face looked unhappy.
Because they know in their hearts that if so many students really complain, they will probably be in big trouble.
Their previous arrogance was nothing more than bullying these people so that they dared not cause trouble.
Lina seemed to sense the enemy's cowardice and saw through their paper tiger nature. So she excitedly jumped up the steps of the library and shouted to her fellow countrymen:
"Classmates, they are humiliating us and making things difficult for us. Is this the only time today?"
"We are all students of Piltover University, future scientists and engineers! Why should we endure their humiliation? Why? Just because they are from Piltover?"
"She told us to file a complaint, so let's file a complaint! I don't believe that the professors who taught us to pursue the truth will stand on their side!"
Lina's words were like a strong wind, igniting a prairie fire.
Almost all the students were angry.
They remembered the humiliation of being treated like animals while standing in line; they remembered the contempt in the eyes of the two middle-aged ladies when they were handing out stationery; they thought of many, many similar things.
So they became extremely angry, and then...
Then did nothing.
No one said anything.
Lina, who jumped onto the stairs and shouted in excitement, became the clown who was left out.
"Why?" Lina was confused.
Those two aunts were obviously scared, so why was no one willing to stand up?
Aren’t they all good at fighting among themselves?
Back home, they would even kill for a piece of bread.
How come everything becomes like this when we arrive in Piltover?
“Okay, okay, Lina…” Not only did no one help her, but even her acquaintances advised her, “Calm down and don’t go too far!”
"Yeah... stop making trouble. You'll be finished if you get fired."
"Student Lina, you should just apologize...don't waste everyone's time." Some people even complained to her: "There are so many teachers watching. If this kind of thing gets out, it will have a bad impact."
"..." Lina was completely speechless.
She walked down the stairs in a daze, trying to meet the gazes of her fellow villagers, but their eyes were evasive.
Those two ordinary Piltover aunts won.
They looked at Lina smugly, signaling her with disdainful eyes to bow her head and admit her mistakes to them.
"I..." Lina couldn't help but burst into tears: "I'm...I'm sorry."
"Speak louder! I can't hear you!"
"sorry……"
"That's boring, try again!"
"I..." Lina almost bit her silver teeth to pieces.
The students present also clenched their fists and lowered their heads, not daring to look at the humiliating scene in front of them.
But still no one did anything.
Only Lina apologized: “I’m sorry, I…”
"You are right!" Suddenly, a voice sounded beside him.
Someone actually did something.
Some people couldn't stand it anymore and stood up.
"Who?!" The aunties looked in the direction of the voice with eager eyes, as if they wanted to catch the troublemaker as well.
But the person who stood out from the crowd was not a student.
Instead, he was a middle-aged man with a walking stick and a briefcase, looking like a teacher.
"Is it you?" Lina's eyes lit up.
The person who came was actually Professor Victor whom she had been thinking about all the time!
"You... why are you here?"
"I came here specifically to see you, Lina," Victor replied calmly.
"How did you know I was here?"
"Of course I know..." Victor looked at the long line of people receiving "relief".
More than ten years ago, when he was still in school, he was also a member of this long dragon.
At that time, it was not these two aunts who were sitting at the table.
But there is no difference.
Victor endured it for a few years, and then he didn't care about it anymore, thinking he had forgotten it. But now he realized that he hadn't forgotten it at all, and he still remembered it all.
"You should apologize to Lina-san."
Victor looked at the two aunts coldly .
As he said this, he turned around and looked at all the students present:
"Apologies to all the students present."
There were students at the scene who knew Victor, but most of them didn’t know him and didn’t know how great he was.
So almost no one present dared to respond, or even express any expectation.
It was as if they were afraid that Viktor would shout out their identities, shout it out loud enough for everyone in Piltover to hear it.
"Alas..." Victor sighed in his heart.
He saw his past self and countless silent people.
Victor couldn't help but clench the briefcase in his hand - the bag contained Levi's article.
It seems he was right.
This article shouldn't just be for him.
These people, and even the suffering people in all of Runeterra, must see this!
Victor quietly hardened his resolve, his eyes becoming even more stern.
This made the two aunts a little panicked: "Who are you?"
"Why...why do you want us to apologize to these people?"
If it were in the past, Victor would just be silent and low-key, so low-key that he would not even want to shout out the name he deserved.
But now, he is different.
"Who am I?"
Victor slowly stepped onto the steps that Lina had just stepped onto and looked at all the students present:
"I'm Viktor, Professor Jayce's colleague, Principal Heimerdinger's student, the second inventor of the Hextech Core, a lifetime honorary professor at Piltover University, and the deputy leader of the Hextech Application Research Group..."
A series of heavyweight titles were thrown out, almost scaring people to death.
The two aunts' faces turned pale instantly.
But they didn't expect, no one expected, that the title Victor shouted out at the end would be:
"I am still a—"
"Zuan people!"
