When I got back to my place that night, I immediately sent a text message to Lian Mengsha. After that, I lay in the dark staring at my phone, unable to sleep all night.

Everything was as I expected, but what I didn't expect was that I saw Xu Yun again at noon. It was lunchtime after the morning class. When everyone in the classroom had left, Xiaoyuan and I walked slowly out of the classroom while discussing where to have lunch.
The moment I stepped out of the classroom, the brilliant sunlight outside dazzled me, and then I saw Xu Yun standing tall in the warm sunlight. Xu Yun leaned back in his chair and stared at me coldly. His eyes were so cold that they seemed to freeze me in the next second.

After I finished speaking, I lowered my head and nervously tugged at the hem of my school uniform with my fingers. After a long while, I heard Xu Yun sigh softly. I raised my head and saw Xu Yun's bright eyes. He looked at me, and the sadness in his eyes was clearly discernible.
I lowered my head and pretended not to see it.
He pushed the cheesecake in front of me and said gently, "Eat it."

Xu Yun, you are so easy to deceive, and you easily give sympathy to strangers. But why, why didn't you give your cheap sympathy earlier?
