Chapter 17 Subconscious

Chapter 17 Subconscious

After walking for several hours, the two finally saw a small village.

"Selsi, are you okay?"

Tarasha supported Selsi, who could no longer walk. Selsi's voice was trembling. "Not bad, I can walk."

Tarasha looked at Selsi's shaking legs and hugged Selsi in her arms.

"Hey!"

Selsi exclaimed and subconsciously hugged Tarasha's neck. After reacting, she struggled to get down.

"I can do it," Selsi tried to break free.

Tarasha felt Selsi twisting in her arms and bounced up directly. Selsi was so scared that she dared not move immediately and shrank tightly in her arms.

Tarasha raised her lips and said "show off". Selsi shyly buried her head lightly on Tarasha's shoulder.

Tarasha quickly carried Selsi to the entrance of the village. When she wanted to put her down, she looked down and found that Selsi had fallen asleep at some point. She hesitated whether to wake her up. She looked at Selsi's peaceful sleeping face and raised her head to continue holding her to find a hotel.

After renting a room in the hotel, Tarasha gently put Sersi on the bed, shook her arms and yawned. She was just trying to show off, but now she was too tired and sleepy. She climbed onto the bed and leaned against Sersi, and slowly fell asleep.

She dreamed of the past again. Because of her black hair and heterochromatic eyes, she was regarded as an ominous sign since birth. Even the servants in the family were higher than her and could bully her at will. The only friend she made after growing up on leftovers was a conspiracy. She was thrown into the Shadow Abyss. They wanted her dead. How old was she at that time? Sixteen years old. She was trapped in hell for four years. In these four years, she killed the innocent little girl. Now she was just a demon.

She dreamed that she had revenged and killed her former enemies. When everything was over, she stood in the blood and lost her direction. She didn't know what else she could do. She repeated the killing action over and over again in confusion. Her body became heavier and heavier, as if being pulled down by countless hands.

"Tsk, you won't stop even if you die."

"..."

"I'm so tired, I seem to be sleeping."

"..."

When she swung the knife again, she saw a figure approaching. She was shining and her face was not clear. Tarasha was stunned and looked at the person who was getting closer and closer. She subconsciously wanted to escape, but the person grabbed her hand and wiped the blood off her face with a face towel. Tarasha wanted to ask who she was, but she couldn't.

The person gently held her in his arms, patted her back, and sang a serenade in a gentle voice. Tarasha wanted to distinguish what she was saying, but her eyelids became heavier and heavier, and she fell asleep in her gentle arms.

When Selsi woke up, she found herself lying on the bed. She sat up and looked for Tarasha. When she looked down, she found that she was lying next to her. Selsi knew that the other person must be more tired than herself, and didn't want to disturb her, so she lay down slowly again.

She saw Tarasha curled up, which was an insecure sleeping posture, and saw her frowning brows. I don't know what nightmare she had. Selsi reached out and held her in her arms. Tarasha's head rested on her chest. Tarasha was a little taller than her, so this position was a little awkward, but it was not a big problem.

Selsi patted her back gently, gently uttering a soothing song, patting her back again and again, patiently coaxing her to relax her brows.

Holding the soft person, Selsi fell asleep again.

When Tarasha woke up, she found that she was leaning against a soft place. When she looked up, she found what she was leaning against. She stepped back in panic, not knowing why Selsi was holding her.

Selsi was awakened by the other person's movements. After sleeping for a while, she was not particularly sleepy later, just a light sleep. She sat up and asked, "How did you sleep?"

Tarasha's brain crashed at this time. After a long time, she spit out a word "good". It was indeed good. The nightmare that had entangled her for many years seemed to be cured by something this time. She couldn't remember the details, but she only remembered that a beam of light saved her.

"It's good." Selsi stretched, got out of bed and looked out the window, "It's time to eat, let's go."

Tarasha was still recalling the dream. She followed behind Selsi without saying a word. She didn't recall the dream, but she remembered the way she hugged Selsi before.

"Why do they look like an old couple?" Tarasha was shocked by her own thoughts. Selsi turned around and saw her inexplicably red face.

"Did she blush so much before?" Selsi tilted her head. "She was obviously very cold before."

However, Selsi turned to the front: "She's cute."

Tarasha didn't know that her personality had changed from cold to cute in front of Selsi. She was trying to cool down her face. She

ate the meal in a trance. When Selsi went to pay, she found that she had finished eating and couldn't remember anything about eating. After

Selsi came back, she said she wanted to go out for a walk and asked if they wanted to go together or if she wanted to rest. Tarasha wanted to find a quiet place to calm down, so she rejected her invitation.
