Chapter 108 Poster

Chapter 109 Poster
After the school anniversary was over, because of Fang Qing’s outstanding performance in the school anniversary publicity work, the counselor, Teacher Wang, took special care of her and introduced her to the leaders of the college, hoping to create more opportunities for her to perform and pave the way for her future personal development.

The vice president was very interested in the bubble painting that Fang Qing had created before, so he told Fang Qing about the joint design competition that the college was going to hold with other colleges and universities, and hoped that Fang Qing could participate in the design of the promotional poster for this competition.

"My classmate, there are many designers of the promotional posters for this competition. I hope your work can stand out."

Fang Qing excitedly accepted the task and ran to the Student Union after class. He wanted to inquire about the situation of the Student Union coordinating joint competitions in previous years, but he was stopped by someone.

A female student with twin ponytails crossed her arms to block Fang Qing's way, looking him up and down with a critical look, her face full of impatience. "Who are you? This is the student union's information room. Not just anyone can come in. Go do what you need to do!"

Fang Qing hurriedly explained, "Classmate, this is what's going on. I'm designing a promotional poster for a joint competition. I want to know the exact dimensions and specifications, so I'd like to look up the brochures from previous design competitions for reference. Can you please help me?"

The girl sneered and rolled her eyes. "Oh my god, are you showing off to me? You're so great just because you can design? So many people in the school are studying design, and you're the only one who's good? Seriously, you really think you're such a big shot. Go somewhere cool! I said no, it's no!"

After that, without waiting for Fang Qing to say anything, she pushed the person out. Fang Qing couldn't find any information, so he had to go to the school library.

After Fang Qing left, Li Xin stood in the corner and watched Fang Qing's retreating figure with a gloomy look in her eyes.

Last time, they'd destroyed that blackboard newspaper overnight, expecting Fang Qing to suffer a heavy loss.

But to their surprise, the damned woman had stayed up all night to create some kind of foam painting, allowing her to successfully complete the task. I heard that, although she hadn't been publicly praised at the school anniversary celebration, the student union was very positive about her performance. Some even said Fang Qing was a candidate for the next student union!

Li Xin gritted her teeth. She'd worked so hard, but she'd still been kicked out, all because of Fang Qing. She thought she'd make it into the student union? No way!

"Bah! You were lucky last time, but I'm going to make you pay this time!" Li Xin stared at the main building entrance. Seeing a female student emerge, she immediately went to greet her. When she learned Fang Qing was going to design the competition poster, her face trembled.

  She couldn't let her succeed!
Li Xin's eyes darkened, remembering the rumors around school that Liu Sisi was going abroad for an exchange program next year, and she had an idea.

Fang Qing searched the library for information but couldn't find any albums for the previous school competition. An administrator noticed she was flipping through a lot of books. After asking about her situation, he led her to a separate room.

Seeing two rows of large computers, Fang Qing was surprised and delighted. Although computers had become commonplace over a decade later, in this day and age, access to one was incredibly difficult outside of a few research institutes and universities. Not to mention the high cost of assembling a computer, even installing the network cable was a challenge.

"Student, the information you're looking for should be on the computer. But you'd better hurry. I'm leaving soon, and this room needs to be locked."

"Thank you, I'll do it as soon as possible. But, teacher, how do you use this?"

the female teacher slapped her forehead. "I forgot about it. Come, I'll teach you. When we first installed these computers, the young technician specifically taught us how to do it, just in case the students didn't know how to do it, so I can help. Today I'll finally use it. Come, turn it on."

Under the female teacher's guidance, Fang Qing touched a computer for the first time in her life. After several trembling attempts at excitement, she finally found the information she needed.

After leaving the library, Fang Qing quickly returned to the activity room, intending to sketch out a rough sketch for the day. But when he reached the activity room door, he paused as the lights flickered on.

It was Thursday, and that peculiar person was there.

Fang Qing felt a little annoyed. His brushes and paints were all inside. Going back to the dorm would be too distracting, so it would be better to go here in the quiet. But then he'd have to face that peculiar classmate...

Just as Fang Qing was struggling with this, the activity room door opened, and Liu Dongxu and Lu Can emerged, looking glum. "Fang Qing, why are you here too?"

"I came to get something I left here. Why are you two here too?" Fang Qing looked at the two, seemingly annoyed.

Lu Can sighed, "We took a private job and were planning to come to the activity room to work overtime today to finish it, but who knew the person inside wouldn't agree..."

Liu Dongxu, a tall, stocky woman beside him, usually quiet and prone to a silly smile, seemed a bit angry today. Those small eyes glanced around the activity room, their acne-stricken face brimming with indignation. "Everyone's giving in to him, and he thinks he's superior. We barely exchanged a few words when he started throwing things..."

Lu Can, standing nearby, quickly tugged at her sleeve, urging her to be quiet. He turned to look at Fang Qing and whispered, "That guy's acting like a jerk again today. Be careful if you go in there."

Fang Qing nodded, watched the two men leave, took a deep breath, and pushed the door open.

"Bang!" A paintbrush fell at Fang Qing's feet, sending her stumbling back several steps. Even with her quick reaction, a ton of paint still splattered all over her clothes and pants.

Fang Qing looked up, catching sight of the angry eyes behind her canvas, and her heart trembled. But she had done nothing wrong, so there was nothing to fear.

She composed herself, not even glancing at the brush beneath her feet. She walked over, found her own canvas and chair, moved the stack of art books, wiped the dust off with her gloves, and sat down to begin painting.

Zhang Han, standing behind him, seemed quite impatient today. Seeing Fang Qing ignoring him, he started to sneer from behind.

"Oh, how shameless! You're in a relationship, yet you're still alone in a room with another man? You're truly a lowly person!"

Fang Qing paused for a moment and continued with what she was doing. She wasn't afraid of words that were a hundred times more unpleasant than this back then, so why would she be afraid of a provocation from a childish man? She calmly pushed the paper aside, found a suitable angle and began to write, completely ignoring the curses from someone behind her.

Zhang Han was already irritable today, and two groups of people came in one after another to interrupt his train of thought, which finally made him completely lose control. He stood up and strode to Fang Qing, wanting to tear up her drawing paper, but a look at Fang Qing's calm eyes stopped him.

Through those eyes, he seemed to see his stern mother, and the boy's aura instantly dissipated. He looked at Fang Qing silently for a while, then turned and left.

Only after the people left did Fang Qing realize that the back of her clothes was wet.
