The entire world slowly unfolding before my eyes was very strictly cut in half by a straight line.
This line is almost a strict one-dimensional straight line in the true mathematical sense, so thin that there is no way to estimate its width with the naked eye.

This thin line emits a faint light through some unknown mechanism, which can only illuminate a small area around it. The weak light at a farther distance cannot be received by the human eye's receptors, as if it were really swallowed by darkness.
At times like this, the human brain will involuntarily imagine whether something will suddenly rush out from the darkness.
When you stare into the abyss, the abyss also stares into you.
The fear of darkness, mystery, and potential is probably hardwired into human genes, because these elements usually represent danger. Those who were not afraid of them were probably eliminated by natural selection before the dawn of the Neolithic Age.
Ning Yu'an's eyes gradually adjusted to the darkness around her. Only then did she realize that she had been kneeling on the ground for too long and her legs were a little numb, so she moved back and changed to a cross-legged sitting position.
She stared carefully into the distance. Except for the area illuminated by the thin glowing lines, the surrounding color was not colorful black, but real pure black. No photons of visible light were projected into her eyes from space.
That's why she didn't dare to stand up.
The black color is because there is no visible light source in the space. This is because the photon itself is a closed string, and the photons in the new and old spaces cannot enter here through the interface .
Only gravity can interact with the other world through the interface.
Ning Yu'an sat there holding Fang Cheng's arm for ten minutes, until Fang Cheng's nervous system became numb.
But he didn't feel any discomfort. Instead, he felt an inexplicable sense of intimacy and familiarity.
