…
Seoul, full name Seoul Special City, formerly known as Hancheng, is the capital of the Republic of Korea. It is the tenth largest city in the world, the largest city on the Korean Peninsula, one of the major financial cities in Asia, and the political, economic, scientific, educational and cultural center of South Korea.
Seoul is located in the Han River Basin in the northwest of South Korea, in the central part of the Korean Peninsula. It consists of 25 districts, 15,267 holes, and 112,734 banji, covering an area of 605 square kilometers. Although it is not large in area, it has a large population. The population of the capital area centered on Seoul accounts for almost half of the population of South Korea, and its economic output is astonishing. It is one of the important economic centers in the world. The prices here are relatively expensive, and the consumer price index ranks among the top ten in the world.
South Korea's central government, National Assembly, Supreme Court and other political institutions are in Seoul. The best educational institutions such as Seoul University, Korea University, Yonsei University, Sungkyunkwan University, Dongguk University, and Sogang University are in Seoul. Cultural institutions such as Chosun Ilbo, Dong-A Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, and major publishing houses are in Seoul. Major chaebols and factories are also mostly centered in Seoul. Therefore, all young people in South Korea aspire to work and live in Seoul.
Young people from all over the country are pouring into the country's only big city, where competition is fierce, housing prices are soaring, rents are soaring, and the cost of living is high. In addition, the five major chaebols control the vast majority of companies. Compared to starting their own businesses, young people in South Korea are more attracted to high-paying, iron rice bowls such as doctors, lawyers, and civil servants, which allow them to climb up step by step with clear goals, especially prosecutors.
South Korea has a power structure with separation of powers. The government is mainly composed of the Executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan and the courts. Prosecutors are affiliated with the Ministry of Justice in the Executive Yuan and appear in the form of an external department of the Ministry of Justice. Prosecutors in South Korea enjoy a high degree of independence. The Minister of Justice nominally enjoys the highest power, but his power is only reflected in administrative means, and he has no right to interfere with prosecutors in specific investigations and case handling.
According to Korean law, the Korean prosecution agency implements the principle of sole prosecutor, that is, the prosecutor constitutes an independent administrative office. The prosecutor independently investigates, judges and makes decisions on the cases he is responsible for, and must bear his own responsibilities. The entire case process, including prosecution, is completed in the name of the prosecutor himself, not in the name of the Procuratorate. The superior can only make suggestions on the case and has no right to change the decision of the chief prosecutor.
In South Korea, the police cannot handle cases independently. All cases must go through prosecutors. Prosecutors are also responsible for leading the police to conduct investigations according to the classification of their powers, including various criminal cases. Since the powers of prosecutors involve all aspects of social life, prosecutors in South Korea are jokingly called the "Czar of Criminal Investigation."
In South Korea, in order to become a prosecutor, judge or lawyer, one must pass the judicial examination, which is held once a year. After passing the examination, one still cannot become a judge, prosecutor or lawyer. One must study in a training course established by the Supreme Court for two years, and complete all the professional courses required to become a judge, prosecutor or lawyer according to one's choice. Only after passing the graduation examination can one become a judge, prosecutor or lawyer.
Junior prosecutors who have passed the training are all assigned to work in the front-line inspection departments to gradually master business methods. There are four levels of prosecutors in South Korea, namely, Attorney General, Senior Prosecutor General, Chief Inspector, and Prosecutor.
There is one Attorney General, eight Senior Attorneys General, 30 Prosecutors General in South Korea, and the rest are prosecutors.
…
Late at night, on the streets of Seoul, a black business car slowly stopped. As the car door opened, a tall, handsome young man in a suit and tie walked down, holding a black briefcase in his left hand and waving goodbye to his colleagues who were drinking with him in the business car behind him with his right hand:
"Prosecutor Park, Prosecutor Zhang, I'm going back first. Bye!"
"Okay, see you next time. Bye!"
As the car door closed, the black business car drove away. Yuan Xudong sighed and walked towards his rented apartment with tired steps. Yes, Yuan Xudong traveled through time again. The highest dimension launched a harmonious crackdown. The Heroine Strategy System involving bad values was required to suspend business for rectification. As the saying goes, if the upper beam is crooked, the lower beam will be crooked. As the host of the Heroine Strategy System, Yuan Xudong was sent to the heavens and all realms for labor reform to spread justice and order. Every good deed he did would get corresponding points. Every hundred points could be exchanged for one month's stay in the main world. Fortunately, when Yuan Xudong traveled to one world, the time in another world was basically stagnant.
In addition to exchanging points for time spent in the main world, points can also be exchanged for money. Every 100 points can be exchanged for 1 million RMB, about 190 million won. After traveling through time for a while, Yuan Xudong tried to help an old lady cross the road, help clean the community, donate to an orphanage, etc. The system had no intention of rewarding points at all. It was not until he sued a driver who had drunk driving many times and sent him to prison to reflect on his actions that the system finally rewarded him with ten points. He tried to exchange them for money, and the ten points were automatically cleared. The money in his bank card went to the foreign exchange market, and then returned with a profit of 19 million won, which is 100,000 RMB. This is completely reasonable and legal income, and he would not be prosecuted for corruption by the supervisory department.
A week after traveling through time, with the help of the system, Yuan Xudong gradually adapted to his current role as a prosecutor, including the inculcation of all relevant knowledge and language.
In this new world, according to the system's arrangement, he is still called Yuan Xudong. He grew up in an orphanage, has a withdrawn personality, and has few friends. His classmates and teachers all know about this person, but they don't know him very well.
He graduated from the Law Department of Seoul University at the age of 20, and passed the judicial examination with the highest score in the country . He became a prosecutor at the age of 24 and worked in the Seoul District Prosecutor's Office. He is now 25 years old, unmarried, has no girlfriend, and has no assets.
There are 50 million won in the bank card, including 19 million won in exchange for points. In addition, he owes the bank 90 million won in education loans, which means a negative asset of 40 million won, about 210,000 yuan. His current annual salary is 70 million won, which is 370,000 yuan. Even if he has no extra income, he will be able to pay off the education loan in about a year.
Walking into the apartment building, he saw a slim woman holding a large cardboard box and waiting for the elevator. He glanced at the display screen and saw that the elevator had reached the second floor. Yuan Xudong stood behind her and waited for the elevator to come down.
Ding~~
As the elevator door slowly opened, Yuan Xudong followed the woman in front of him into the elevator. Out of curiosity, Yuan Xudong slowed down his pace. When the woman turned around holding the cardboard box, he took a look at her appearance. She had double eyelids, a pair of big eyes with distinct black and white, a high nose bridge, and light pink lips. She was a little older, about thirty years old, but fortunately she had fair skin, and was wearing a black business suit with a white shirt inside, and her long hair was draped over her shoulders. She was a beautiful woman who was pleasing to the eye, with a good temperament, and could be given a score of 75.
Seeing Yuan Xudong looking at her inconspicuously, the woman rolled her eyes, first pressed the button for the eighth floor, then turned to look at Yuan Xudong and said directly:
"I said, don't you press it?"
"What?"
"I said, which floor are you going to?"
"Oh, I'm on the eighth floor too!"
“Tsk…”
With a sneer, the woman raised a hint of sarcasm at the corner of her mouth and said to herself:
"This is such a perverted night!"
Hearing the woman's insinuation, Yuan Xudong frowned slightly and said:
"What do you mean?"
"What do you think?"
After glaring at Yuan Xudong, the woman said rather fiercely:
"I'm talking about you. I've lived on the eighth floor for a year and a half and I've never seen you before. You followed me into the elevator and looked at me lustfully from behind. What do you want to do?"
"I said..."
Ding~~
Before Yuan Xudong could finish, the elevator door opened. Not wanting to argue with the crazy woman, Yuan Xudong walked out of the elevator first and prepared to go back to his rental house to sleep. Thinking that he was guilty and wanted to escape, the woman followed him and said:
"I want to see if you live here. If I find out you are lying, I will call the police immediately!"
"I say, are you making a big deal out of nothing?"
" Don't you live on the eighth floor? I can just follow you over there and take a look. Let's go!"
"Okay, let's go!"
With a smile on his face, Yuan Xudong led the woman to his room. The woman fell behind, holding a large cardboard box in her left hand and filming Yuan Xudong with her phone in her right hand. She shouted:
"That's my house, what do you want to do?"
Ignoring the woman's screams, Yuan Xudong walked to his room door, swiped the card to open it and said:
"Is this okay?"
Unexpectedly, Yuan Xudong really lived on the eighth floor and was her neighbor. The woman bowed and apologized awkwardly:
"I'm sorry, I..."
Before she finished speaking, the large cardboard box in the woman's hand accidentally fell to the ground, and boxes of CDs and photos leaked out. The photos were all of young women in revealing clothes, some taking a bath, some sleeping, and some doing exercises. Yuan Xudong took a look at the art works on the floor, then looked at the woman with a hint of sarcasm on his lips and said:
"This is a night of rampant perversion, but don't worry, I am a person who is afraid of trouble and knows how to be gentle with women. You can take care of yourself. I won't call the police. Good night!"
"Wait a minute, let me explain. I am Prosecutor Mali Dun..."
Seeing Yuan Xudong walked straight back into the house and closed the door, Malidun could not help stamping her feet, wishing she could find a crack in the ground to crawl into. These disgusting CDs and photos were secretly filmed videos and photos that the police found from the criminal suspect's hideout. The criminal suspect sold these illegal products online for profit. She was the prosecutor in charge of the case, and the police handed the criminal evidence to her, and she decided the direction of the subsequent investigation and whether to prosecute the criminal suspect.
She wanted to clean up all the criminal evidence, determine the identity and number of the victims, and then file a lawsuit in court, provide complete evidence, and send the suspects to prison for labor reform. That's why she brought these things home.
Prosecutors have too many things to do. The police can only start investigating cases, big or small, with the prosecutor's consent. On average, Korean prosecutors have to handle more than 30 cases a day. Although most of them are small cases such as voyeurism, drunk driving, and fighting, prosecutors still have to review and approve each case one by one to decide whether to initiate an investigation, whether to prosecute the suspect, and what crime to sentence the suspect.
After cleaning up the criminal evidence on the ground, Mali Dun dragged the box back to her room. After returning home, she took off her business suit, jumped around the house in a white shirt to release herself, and walked into the bathroom humming the latest pop songs.
After a while, the sound of a shower was heard, accompanied by cheerful singing. About twenty minutes later, Mali Dun came out wrapped in a pure white bath towel, her wet hair draped over her shoulders, her flawless arms and thighs exposed to the air. When she was about to take a can of beer from the refrigerator to satisfy her craving, there was a knock on the door.
"Who is it?"
"Hello, we are the police. Someone reported that you are hiding a large amount of obscene materials. Please open the door and let us check!"
Hearing the police coming to the door, Mali Dun couldn't help but think of Yuan Xudong, frowned, then changed his clothes and walked over, opened the door, showed his ID and said:
"I think you have misunderstood. I am Ma Lidun, a prosecutor from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. Those CDs and photos are evidence of crimes secretly taken by the suspect. I took them home just to identify the identities and number of victims. Do you have any other questions?"
"No, no, I'm so sorry to disturb your rest so late, we'll leave now!"
"Um!"
Nodding slightly, after the two policemen left, Mali Dun walked to Yuan Xudong's door and knocked on it, saying:
"Open the door, open the door quickly!"
"Come on, come on, who is it at this late hour?"
The door opened and Yuan Xudong saw Mali Dun standing in front of his door in a black business suit. He rubbed his eyes and said:
"It's so late, what do you want?"
Seeing Yuan Xudong acting as if nothing had happened, Mali Dun frowned slightly and said:
"Did you call the police?"
"Yes, have the police been here?"
"Didn't you say you wouldn't call the police?"
"I originally planned not to call the police, after all, less trouble is worse than more trouble. But then I thought, if everyone is like me and turns a blind eye to the matter, then criminals will be lawless, right?"
"Do I look like a criminal?"
Seeing Mali Dun staring at him with slightly wide eyes, Yuan Xudong glanced at him and smiled:
"No, what else can I do for you?"
“No, actually I’m from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office…”
"Good night!"
Without waiting for Mali Dun to finish speaking, Yuan Xudong closed the door and prepared to go to bed. In order to collect 100 points as soon as possible and return to the main world, he wanted to arrest all the criminals in Seoul and put them in prison for labor reform.
"Don't fall into my hands, you rude guy!"
Mali Dun waved his fist at Yuan Xudong's door and left angrily. He returned to his room and started watching those blushing videos and photos. While watching, he covered his red and hot face and muttered to himself:
"Oh my god, I'm going blind, this is so perverted!"
