Volume 3: Major cases occur one after another, and the police save the situation Chapter 02: The subtleties are the key
What Zhou Liuyi meant was that he was proficient in computer technology, but he understood social engineering better. He had also graduated with high scores, so he could be even more of an asshole than those assholes.
Liang Peihe was of course unwilling to do so. The way he looked at Zhou Liuyi changed completely. He shook his head:
"No, no, you are a police officer, we must be organized and principled."
Saturday waved his hand:
"Well, I've wasted the whole night talking to you. I'm going to bed now."
Young people can take it or leave it. Liang Peihe worked so hard that the circles under his eyes were darker than his collar, but on Saturday he took a shower, had breakfast, and went to bed feeling refreshed.
Cases continue to come one after another.
A case in the High-tech Development Zone was transferred from the police station. The parties who came to report the case and take over were all wearing plaid shirts, black-framed glasses, and had computers in their backpacks. Each of them had an extremely angry look on their faces.
Mao Jian had never seen such angry educated people. They all ran over to call the police and quickly poured them some water.
But he didn't understand a word they said, except for the stack overflow and DOSS attacks that popped up from time to time. The profession of programmer is probably like a different world. The daily work of Xu Zhongping and other cyber policemen is different from that of these programmers.
C language, operation and maintenance.
Mao Jian went straight to call Zhou Liuyi over.
Zhou Liuyi looked confused, he had just fallen asleep.
Mao Jian argued:
"Don't sleep anymore. The company arranged dormitories for us, isn't it for working overtime?"
Zhou Liu rubbed his eyes, turned into the bathroom and washed his face with cold water.
The tip of the hair was so anxious that it seemed like a torch was burning the tuft of hair on the top of its head:
"You're still washing your face? There's about to be a fight outside."
Saturday said calmly:
"Let me cool down the CPU first. By the way, what's the case?"
Mao Jian added some gossip in his tone:
“They are a group of programmers.”
I was going to rub some soap on Saturday, but now I just washed my hands and ran outside:
"This case is rare, we can't let others snatch it away."
According to normal procedures, after registering at the police station , two or three days later, the anti-fraud center will accept the transfer and then call them to confirm, but they came now and insisted on an explanation.
Zhou Liuyi and several colleagues took over the case. Xu Zhongping was busy with lawsuits, and when he saw Zhou Liuyi coming, he quickly pushed all the cases to him.
At first, everyone saw Zhou Liuyi and did not trust him, thinking that Zhou Liuyi was young and his police rank was not high. However, Xu Zhongping said:
"Everyone who works in technology knows that the younger you are, the better. When you reach 35, you've been optimized."
Then, this group of people, like chopsticks reaching into the hot pot, surrounded Zhou Liuyi, and Zhou Liuyi was like the cooked dish that was rolling up and down.
"Officer, we are all programmers. It is true that a soldier can be killed but not humiliated!"
"It's really insulting. I've never seen such a scam."
…
Mao Jian asked Xu Zhongping:
"Why don't you know these?"
Xu Zhongping had a bit of social anxiety, and he felt relieved only after everyone had left. He was able to calm down and look at the case files that had been transferred to him.
"I don't know how to do it in the first place. With the development of computers, the virtual world of the Internet has become an independent world. There are so many languages, such as C, Python, and Eiffel, and the relationships between them are like the relationship between Chinese and English, and some are like the relationship between Chinese and Korean and Japanese. How can I know them all?"
Mao Jian pointed at Zhou Liuyi:
"How can he do it?"
Xu Zhongping grabbed Mao Jian and said:
"How can I be the same as him? I chose my major in the college entrance examination and studied according to the textbooks, while he has been exposed to this since he was a child. I am good at taking exams, while he is good at solving problems on the ground."
Also, Xu Zhongping is an Internet police officer, and the first thing he has to learn is all kinds of rules and regulations. When he wants to let his imagination run wild, his thinking is completely restricted.
In a growth environment like Zhou Liuyi's, all customers are making choices with the money in their hands, so naturally solving the problem is the most important thing.
On Saturday, they took the case file and asked again, and then they realized that someone had placed an order online and commissioned them to write a program of the instant messaging type.
Instant messaging software is now as mature as it can be. Almost all the software we use on our mobile phones have this function.
The only difference is probably that WeChat and QQ already have a huge base and very high daily active users, but for a newly-made APP, apart from the few people who developed it, there are not many people using it.
The technical content itself is not high.
The young boss of this incubator was born in the 1990s. He is gentle and polite, obviously a technology geek. He is not very good at speaking. He grew up in a good environment and has never encountered any major setbacks:
"I originally thought that the current market situation is not good. I finally encountered such a big order, and I must do it well. I can earn 200,000 yuan by spending 40,000 to 50,000 yuan in total. So many of my brothers are waiting to make money to support their families. Who knew that I would meet a scammer."
The method of this scam is actually not that difficult, it’s just that they have never seen it before.
The order was for 250,000 yuan, and it was agreed that 250,000 yuan would be paid, but the other party said that his account was opened in Shenzhen and Hong Kong in order to reasonably avoid taxes.
But the other party said that he was just a purchasing agent for the company, so he wanted some kickbacks. Now there is another term for kickbacks in China, called brokerage fees, which will gradually become legal.
Moreover, they are a big company, and we can guarantee that we will continue to cooperate with them if there are such orders in the future.
This kickback needs to be deposited into a personal account and requires one hundred thousand.
This is a business that is sure to make money, and you can continue to do it. Who can resist such temptation?
So this small boss, Qin Chi, went out of his way to open an account in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Who would have thought that after the money was transferred, the money in the Shenzhen and Hong Kong accounts showed up but it had not actually arrived. At around 9 o'clock the next evening, it actually showed that the other party had canceled the transfer.
But the one hundred thousand that was transferred out was one hundred thousand real money!
The account I contacted turned out to be an account that had not been used for a long time and was suddenly activated. As for the owner of the account, he had immigrated long ago and changed several countries.
In other words, the money may not be recovered.
Qin Chi wanted to die:
"It wasn't easy for me to start my own business. My parents and my wife sold their house to get me the start-up capital."
This is not an isolated case. Several other representatives also came here for their own companies. The incubation center in the high-tech zone has received several such projects.
One of them looked like a freshly graduated college student at the front desk, his eyes were red with excitement:
"Officer, can this case be solved quickly? Our boss borrowed the $100,000 and mortgaged it with his car. If we can't get the money back, the mortgage company will take our car and sell it second-hand. We will have to take the bus when we go out to discuss business in the future."
I took a look at their business license on Saturday:
“You also do network security?”
A person who does not have network security in his business scope was actually defrauded of 100,000 yuan by an online fraud. This is like a precise shot to the chest.
The acne-ridden college student nodded:
"Our boss believes that the company's business will continue to expand in the future."
Zhou Liuyi has been accustomed to legends of people getting rich overnight and jumping off buildings overnight since he was a child, so he is very accepting of these things.
He wanted to say:
If you are so stupid, you should not start a business. Just find a job in a factory. You should also cancel your network security business license as soon as possible.
It is very normal for businessmen to encounter scammers. It can even be said that it is rare to have never encountered a scammer.
But when Shang Tiankun came back, he saw someone coming to report a case, and it was a programmer who was scammed by telecommunications fraud. He was so excited that he came over and grabbed Zhou Liuyi's hand:
"This liar is so unscrupulous. The real economy is in such a difficult situation now. College students are not unemployed after graduation, but they can't find bosses to hire them. This small boss can solve more than a dozen jobs. Otherwise, all the people will take the civil service exams. Where will all the jobs come from? If everyone becomes an official, who will produce? Do you think it's easy to start a company and do business? You have to serve the client every day, and now you have to deal with liars. This is too miserable! We must strike hard!"
These words really touched the hearts of young people.
Some of these young programmers even shed tears:
"I just don't understand. We worked so hard to make something, but we didn't get paid a penny. We were also ripped off. We don't even have to look for the person who did it. It's impossible."
"You're absolutely right. If our company goes bankrupt now, I guess I'll have to deliver food next month."
"I just bought a house this year, and just got the loan documents completed this month and started paying the mortgage. But today I got the news that my house is unfinished. If I lose my job again, I really don't know how I will continue to live."
…
In the adult world, there is always the last straw that breaks the camel’s back every day, but no one knows which straw it is.
These people, who have just stepped out of the ivory tower and have become the backbone of their families, have no idea how dangerous the world is.
I didn't say a single curse word on Saturday.
"Everyone, don't worry, just register your information, and we will assign personnel to start the investigation."
It was another sleepless night. He stayed up late in the office on Saturday. Everyone on duty had gone to bed, but he was still summarizing information.
Liang Peihe still didn't agree with some of Zhou Liuyi's actions, or rather, he hadn't figured out how to use such a sharp knife.
But this knife cannot be sealed in the scabbard.
"This case is too complicated. It involves accounts in many places across the Taiwan Strait and Hong Kong. We cannot afford the case handling expenses alone."
Liang Peihe has become somewhat numb from facing so many cases every day. In his opinion, although there are many people involved in this case, the total amount of money involved is over one million.
But it's not a big deal. These small bosses all have a certain amount of family wealth, so it's not likely to cause anyone to die.
This money must have been laundered cleanly in a professional washing room abroad.
But Saturday shook his head:
"That's not true. You see, the scammers put a lot of effort into their selection. There are many Internet companies in this industrial park. This one deals in used cars, and this one deals in maternal and infant e-commerce. They are all together.
They don't leave much information online, and they exaggerate their business scope. A software developer dares to say that he has experience in creating the Taobao website, and a rubber glove seller dares to say that he can provide a one-stop service for medical equipment.
Look at these Internet companies, they are not Internet companies at all, they are engaged in fresh food greenhouses. They just want to take advantage of the rent discount of the park office, so they write nonsense in their business scope. In fact, they don’t have a single programmer.
The scammer contacted them through online messages, but it was a completely accurate scam and no time was wasted.”
Liang Peihe is an old criminal investigator with a very sharp insight:
"You mean, if you haven't visited these Internet companies in person, you don't know which companies have the qualifications. So this is not a telecom fraud that you can't see or touch, but a fraud that you can visit on the spot."
Liang Peihe pointed at the companies Zhou Liu had identified:
"It's overstepped a bit."
The next day, Zhou Liuyi, Mao Jian, Shang Tiankun and the others had lunch in the company cafeteria. Zhou Liuyi read a book for a while before going to the industrial park.
Mao Jian still has some complaints;
"It's already ten o'clock. Isn't it too late for us to set off now?"
Shang Tiankun also felt that Zhou Liuyi was not paying attention to the case and his eyes looked a little resentful, but when he read those professional terms, it was like reading an incomprehensible book and he could not understand anything, so he could only follow.
"Internet companies are different from other industries. Other companies have to get up early, but Internet companies have to work overtime. People may still be at work at 3 or 4 in the morning."
Shang Tiankun felt a chill:
"It's so hard, aren't you afraid of sudden death?"
Mao Jian Road:
"It seems that we can charge for five minutes and have 24 hours of standby time."
On Saturday, one or three people went to Qin Chi's company first. After such an incident, everyone's morale was very low. Qin Chi was making milk coffee in the tea room. Others were too embarrassed to take the company's instant coffee, and they didn't dare to grab the biscuits in the tea room for breakfast.
Everyone avoids small bosses.
Qin Chi's spirits perked up when he saw Zhou Liu coming in, but when he saw the two behind him coming in, there was no one else.
Qin Chi's face fell again.
The main thing is that Zhou Liuyi and the other two don't look like policemen at all. Zhou Liuyi is too young and has a fresh face, while Shang Tiankun is big and strong. It's okay when they don't smile, but when they smile, they look simple-minded and strong-limbed.
As for the thin bamboo pole on the side, it looks like the paper man in the short video. It looks good but is useless.
Especially since Kun is nicknamed Mao Jian and means artist, it makes people feel that none of these three can beat him.
Out of politeness, Qin Chi still poured coffee for the three of them. Mao Jian and Shang Tiankun felt that the coffee was too bitter, so they added sugar and milk to it.
I felt heartbroken when I saw the young boss.
However, one hundred thousand yuan has been defrauded, so this small amount of money is nothing.
"The project director of the company next door to us just arrived in Sanjiang City last night. I just found out that their family is even worse off. They were defrauded of more than 4 million yuan, which is almost all the profits from the previous project."
"But fortunately, they have already paid all the salaries and project bonuses, so it won't affect the lives of the employees. Their boss used to run a shared bike business and cashed out early, so he has some assets. He also made a lot of money from bitcoin some time ago, so he can still hold on."
"Companies like ours cannot survive if they are defrauded of some money. Companies like theirs can survive, but the bosses will lose face. In the future, no one in this industry will hire them to do anything related to network security."
…
This is such a sad story.
Zhou Liuyi interrupted Qin Chi:
"I don't want to ask you these questions. I want to ask you, during this period of time, no one has come to visit your company."
Qin Chi was confused:
"Visiting our company? Internet companies are either looking for investment or on their way to looking for investment. Quite a lot of people have visited our company this month."
Mao Jian and Shang Tiankun stared at each other, especially when Qin Chi came over with a stack of printed forms. Shang Tiankun couldn't help but complain :
"No way, you guys receive so many customers?"
Qin Chi laughed bitterly and complained:
"This word is really accurate. In fact, we often encounter scams. Some people pretend to be investment companies and ask us for entertainment fees. They are obviously scammers, so we are turned away."
I picked it up and flipped through it on Saturday. There was one that imitated the so-called Sequoia Capital and was named Green Mountain Capital, and another that imitated the foreign Goldman Sachs and was named Gaosheng. It really has local characteristics.
The Internet industry has also been plagued by scammers for a long time.
"We are also self-aware. Only those Internet ideas that are epoch-making will attract people to line up and give money. For people like us who earn our hard-earned money, even if we beg for investment, no one will give us any."
"Can we take these things?"
Qin Chi felt that these things were useless, so he gave them to Zhou Liuyi, and then he made a gesture to see him off.
He washed the empty coffee cup and put it on the cup rack, which meant that he didn't want to continue chatting with Zhou Liuyi and the others.
Shang Tiankun and Mao Jian felt disrespected, and after coming out, they complained:
"Why is this person so arrogant?"
Saturday, however, disagrees:
"The clearance rate for online fraud cases is so low now, so it's normal for them to have no confidence."
After visiting one store after another, Qin Chi found that the samples provided were not very useful for reference, because those from Lushan and Gaosheng looked like scammers who were trying to get free food and drinks.
This family is also not optimistic and looks gloomy, but they just had a morning meeting and their enthusiasm has not yet subsided.
The person in charge is a female director who wears sportswear, sneakers, and has short hair. She looks casual yet capable. There are dumbbells in her office so she can exercise at any time.
Generally, women who can be leaders have a tough style of doing things, which makes men intimidated. This woman is no exception:
"For our last project, we almost snatched it from the mouth of a tiger. After we achieved some results, we got a little too proud of ourselves. For this project, we only held a few video conferences, but I thought it was a sure thing. I was not cautious enough."
This person has obviously seen a lot of ups and downs and is not too emotional. She is already reviewing the past on her computer. Her name, Fang Xiaoya, is prominently listed on the homepage.
She also brought over a stack of lists:
"Six out of ten of these are liars."
However, she is very confident that the police can handle the case:
"Sanjiang City is not mainly engaged in Internet projects. Several electronics factories and chemical plants have been heard to be relocated due to environmental pollution. However, the construction of a tourist city is too expensive. Our industrial park can also create jobs for thousands of people, so I believe the public security department will not ignore us."
This is the same as what Shang Tiankun thought:
"That's right. My family is also in business. When we first built commercial housing, someone sold us a dozen decorations. They were all fake goods brought from the south. We all sat in front of the police station with our children. The director gave us instant noodles and asked us to sit in a heated area. The next day, the secretary personally drove a car with a group of police officers and walked more than a thousand kilometers with us to seek justice!"
Fang Xiaoya also felt very excited:
“Indeed, the country will not ignore us.”
On Saturday Monday, I walked around the office and looked at what everyone was working on. What they were working on was quite trendy, a modular APP. After individual users downloaded it, they could build the APP themselves, pay the money, and put it on the app store.
"This thing should have a good future, as more and more people need it."
Fang Xiaoya stood with her hands behind her back:
"Indeed, several companies have invested in our product. Almost everyone who knows a little bit about technology comes to see our product. We also use another coding software to generate computer code by inputting Chinese commands. We can switch between different languages. However, this technology is still too mature and our sample size is not large enough. What we have written now is still irrelevant to the question."
Fang Xiaoya also added:
“We are worried that this product might be copied, so we have not introduced it on the website. We want to wait until it reaches a certain scale before applying for a patent. Otherwise, if others see the effect of our hard work, they will start to reverse engineer it.
We need a time difference.”
Saturday asked again:
"I remember when the customer placed the order, he told you that he wanted it to be more personalized?"
This is the information in the transcript. There were quite a lot of victims, so a lot of transcripts were taken.
Fang Xiaoya nodded:
“It would be a big challenge if users could define their own interfaces, so the price we quoted is higher than that of other peers.”
This is also the reason why their family is often deceived.
In addition, in the early stages of a project, everyone is afraid that their peers will snatch the orders, so they don’t communicate.
The information cocoon traps everyone inside.
Although Mao Jian didn't understand the technology, he now understood:
"That liar really understands the psychology of you technical people. They calculated that you are all busy with your own things."
Fang Xiaoya spread her hands helplessly:
"There's nothing we can do. The competition is so fierce now. Many of us are couples working in the industrial park. Many companies' confidentiality agreements have specifically specified spouses and cannot be disclosed."
Shang Tiankun wiped the sweat from his forehead:
"Oh my god, this is like guarding against a thief. I still think that the most secure relationship in the world is a husband-and-wife shop, where the husband works in the back and the wife collects the money in the front."
On Saturday, I took a look at the computers everyone was using:
"Have any of those investors read what everyone has written?"
Fang Xiaoya nodded:
"However, most of them are just for show. When our employees are slacking off, they will just pick something to fool around. Those hundreds of lines of stuff may just be playing cards and Landlords, but those so-called investors still pretend to be very technical."
After leaving this house, the three of them visited a few more houses. Then at noon, the three of them sat by the flower bed with hamburgers and Cokes, worrying.
I drank half a bottle of Maojian Ton Ton Ton:
"I thought that with a direction, I could solve the case quickly. I didn't expect that after running around for a whole morning, my legs were so tired, and I still didn't find any clues."
Shang Tiankun looked at the people coming and going:
"Why do I feel like everyone looks like a suspect to me?"
Maojian Road;
"Well, I haven't been a police officer for a few days, but I've already developed an occupational disease."
In the afternoon, we asked several other victimized companies again, but still had no news. However, someone came from Shang Tiankun’s hometown.
My mother introduced me here.
An old man, carrying a bag of mountain products:
"Kun, you are capable now and have become an official in the province. You must take care of the affairs of our village!"
Shang Tiankun slammed the table:
"We have to take care of it. Isn't the purpose of us being police officers to realize fairness and justice as quickly as possible?"
Then the old man said in a crackling voice:
"The college-graduate village officials insisted that we install some national anti-fraud app. I installed it, but when my son called, it said it was a scam number. I told the village official, and he reported it to the police station, and my son was arrested."
What?
I have heard of precision fraud, but this is the first time I have heard of precise labeling of fraudsters.
After running for the whole morning, Zhou Liu Yimaojian and his friends were exhausted, but when they heard about this, they still came over.
Shang Tiankun also called the local authorities to find out more.
The police officer over there was admonishing a suspect in a loud voice:
"This is the first time I've seen this happen. I've been trying to catch him for a long time but couldn't. Please thank the uncle for me."
Shang Tiankun explained to the old man for a long time, and the old man finally understood that his son had committed fraud.
Nowadays, mobile phones have the function of manually identifying fraudulent numbers. Many people have marked their sons' mobile phones. Whenever he receives a call from a mobile phone number, he will be prompted that more than 200 people have marked this number as a fraudulent number.
He didn't understand this and reported it to the village cadres, who directly reported it to the police station, who then arrested the man using his real name system.
A turbid tear fell from the old man's eyes:
"My son, how could he be considered a fraud? He just told me that it's hard to find a job nowadays..."
Shang Tiankun comforted the old man for a long time, took him to the cafeteria for a meal, and asked him to carry the mountain products back.
After coming back, Shang Tiankun was in a bad mood, leaning against the back of his chair, as if his energy had been drained away. Mao Jian came in with a few bottles of Coke. The work was too stressful, and Zhu Jiayin and several other female police officers, who originally had very good living habits, now started eating things like fried chicken and spicy strips.
The pressure is too great.
Guo Shengli is well aware of the working pace of today's young people, so he often keeps drinks and nuts in the office, but they are often finished in just a few days.
"Before I became a police officer, I thought this job was easy. Now I feel that dealing with all kinds of scammers and victims every day is really tiring."
I didn't eat on Saturday and was still looking at those materials. Emails came in one after another from the victimized companies. After printing them out, the thickness increased rapidly at a speed visible to the naked eye.
Xiang Zhun and his team captured an internet fraudster who seemed to be a die-hard and would not speak no matter what.
Xiang Zhun was very angry:
"This case must be solved quickly. The confession must be obtained today."
Fan Di and his men hid far away, fearing that they would be caught in the crossfire, but they failed to interrogate any of the men after several rounds of inspection.
On Saturday, Liang Peihe specifically named a few people to investigate the programmer fraud case, so Xiang Zhun looked at the three of them and didn't call them.
Sheng Changfeng was playing with his mobile phone. When he saw this situation, he went over to help. In less than an hour, he was back.
Xiang Zhun got the confession and immediately contacted the local authorities:
"We have arrested xxx. He is currently involved in four cases, and his accomplices include..."
As for the fraudster, he was handcuffed, covering his face and crying loudly. He no longer had the same imposing manner as when he first came in.
This efficiency is too high. Mao Jian hurried over:
"Brother Sheng, what kind of magic did you use? Can't we solve the case without any confession?"
Sheng Changfeng had said so much and was obviously very tired. He was drinking water, but if a newcomer wanted to learn, he was willing to teach. Sheng Changfeng unbuttoned a button on his police uniform and sat down. His police pants were straight and looked very stylish. A young intellectual policeman like him was completely different from an armed policeman like Xiang Zhun who could do anything with great strength:
"If there is no confession, then what is the point of arresting people? Confessions are very important evidence. By quickly interrogating prisoners and taking advantage of time and information gaps, we can quickly grasp a large amount of materials, find more clues, and form a chain of evidence.
Think about it, if there is no confession, you will have to run errands to find a clue today and another clue tomorrow.
Our country's police force and the ratio of police officers to the population in their jurisdiction is about one-fifth of that of those developed countries abroad.
How much time has passed by the time all the evidence has been collected and the standard of zero confessions has been reached?
During this period, how many cases have been piled up?"
Sheng Changfeng habitually took out some mint candies and gave them to Mao Jian and Shang Tiankun. He chewed them and said:
"In our country, we require a 100 percent clearance rate for homicide cases. That is to say, homicide cases must be solved. For other criminal cases, our clearance rate is also above 30 percent. This puts a lot of pressure on the grassroots.
Therefore, you should train well in the pre-trial stage. Next time when you catch a petty thief, go up and practice with him.
He looks clean and well-mannered, but judging from his social environment, this kind of person is shameless.
The stolen money and goods are all used by others, and the proportion of their own expenses is small. The weak point of this kind of person is the people he takes care of. "
Seeing that Mao Jian and Shang Tiankun were confused, Sheng Changfeng, who was also a police officer recruited from the society, was very good at simplifying things:
"What this means is that whoever this person loves and cares about is the one he will spend money on. This is a breakthrough."
"Also pay attention to the other person's small movements. People who keep staring at the tip of their shoes are not confident, and their psychological defenses will soon be breached if they stutter when speaking."
"We are police officers. The uniforms we wear are part of the police equipment. We represent justice. A louder voice, more confidence and more dignity is enough to deal with ordinary first-time offenders."
…
Zhou Liuyi took the case file to ask Sheng Changfeng for advice. In actual case handling, the experience accumulated over the years cannot be overcome just by relying on the so-called IQ advantage.
After Sheng Changfeng flipped through it, he said earnestly:
“Has a senior ever told you that the way of thinking is more important than technology?”
On Saturday, when he was at the police station, community policemen like Wang Caizhi basically did not handle cases, but Xu Hai, Hu Liang, and Jiang Hanshan were all experts in handling cases. They had to look further and analyze more things.
They also emphasized that mindset is more important than technology.
Sheng Changfeng continued:
“I don’t understand computer technology, but I know that you don’t need to know computers to commit crimes using computers.
I remember a case two years ago involving cyber extortion. The Internet company's network was shut down every two hours for five minutes each time. No matter how the technology repaired and inspected it, it was useless.
There is an old policeman in our group who is about to retire. He only watched for one day and caught the man.
Someone bribed the security guards to cut off the internet every two hours."
In the evening, Zhou Liu rode his electric bike to the incubation park again and rode around the entire park. He looked at his watch and it was two o'clock in the morning, and many people were off work.
Many of these programmers brought their computers and swiped their cards at the access control station, looking exhausted.
Not far away, there are many online-hailing cars and taxis parked. At this time of the day when people get off work, many companies offer taxi subsidies.
I met Fang Xiaoya, and Fang Xiaoya also greeted Zhou Liuyi.
She looked a little tired and yawned, but she said she had to work overtime when she got home in the evening. She almost always slept in the office before, but now her parents have retired and they are not used to living here yet, so she has to have breakfast with her parents in the morning.
Saturday nod:
"Then you are a very filial daughter."
After thinking about it this way, he felt guilty. He and his sister Zhou Qian were not filial. They often quarreled with Ms. Luo on the phone, and the quarrels were so loud that the earth shook, but they still did their own thing.
Fang Xiaoya was waiting for her car on the roadside, with a tired but happy smile on her face:
"I am an only child. My parents have devoted their entire lives to me. I can't leave them alone in my hometown when they are old, right?"
The online ride-hailing car arrived. Fang Xiaoya got in, rolled down the window, and waved to Zhou Liuyi:
"Officer Zhou, don't stay up too late. I'll treat you to a meal after we solve the case."
Zhou Liuyi also waved.
I met another person who was taking a taxi. Qin Chi also came out with a computer bag:
"Ms. Fang is really stingy. You are still looking for clues here at this late hour, and she is still making empty promises for you. Officer Zhou, let me treat you to a midnight snack. There is a delicious fried rice at the corner of this road."
Zhou Liuyi has not yet responded.
Qin Chi said again:
"Can my case be put first? You know, my company is a small one. Without the 100,000 yuan, we can't survive. Their company has a turnover of several hundred million yuan a year, and they have many stable and large customers..."
I was so amused on Saturday that I definitely won’t eat this fried rice:
“Are all of you Internet people like this?”
Qin Chi sighed helplessly:
"There's nothing we can do. The Internet industry has been very competitive since the beginning. Look at the old man selling egg pancakes on the street. He has been selling them since 1990. The only difference is that they were only a few cents each then, but now they are five yuan each. School teachers also prepare lessons once and use them for ten years. There is no change in the pig feed on pig farms, right?
But the Internet is different. When a new language appears, I have to learn it all over again. Every time I feel like an illiterate.
We hired someone last year, who was hired in 2003. I used his ID card to register for employment, and I even felt like I had hired a child laborer.
Later I counted on my fingers and realized that it was not that he was too young, he was eighteen, but that I was old.
Too much anxiety.”
Qin Chi gave Zhou Liu a bottle of the company's canned instant coffee:
"I usually rely on this to stay alive. I'll go back first. Don't stay up too late."
Zhou Liu stood at the intersection for more than half an hour, watching the vehicles coming and going, and then he was ready to go back to sleep, but he remembered that Lei Ming was on the duty roster today, so he went to the fried rice stall and bought some fried rice.
The fried rice is quite solid, with two eggs, onions, carrots, and diced meat. It is fried with a fragrant aroma. The rice grains are rolling under the iron shovel, and the flames are licking the black pot, which is full of the flavor of life.
When I was in my senior year of high school, I would get hungry easily after self-study on Saturdays. After eating the meals at home all day, I felt sick of them, so I would buy fried rice outside.
Just as delicious as this one.
I bought two large portions on Saturday.
When he returned, he saw that the light in the duty room was on. Lei Ming was not like Xu Zhongping, who would read novels at night, nor was he like Mao Jian and Shang Tiankun, who would play games.
She is keeping records.
It is to put today's transcripts, documents, receipts and other things into the network and save them as archives. Many people only stay up late and work overtime when their leaders check them, but she usually finishes it.
Zhou Liuyi brought some fried rice to Lei Ming. Lei Ming took apart his chopsticks, scraped off the burrs, and took apart the chopsticks for Zhou Liuyi. He then poured two cups of water into disposable paper cups and brought them over.
Saturday could not help but ask her:
"Don't you want to develop a hobby?"
Lei Ming drank a sip of water before eating, and didn't think this was a problem:
"Is it important?"
Saturday was speechless.
Lei Ming ate his meal very quickly:
"Not everyone has hobbies. Some people live boring lives. As the saying goes, pretty faces are all alike, but interesting souls are rare."
In less than two sentences, they talked about the case again. Lei Ming was more knowledgeable in this area than Sheng Changfeng:
“I remember that two years ago, there was also a case where we assisted the national security department in leaking important national information, which was a very serious political incident.
After investigation, it was found that someone had leaked the taxi data of the staff at night. The taxi data would directly reflect which departments had more overtime and which departments had more business trips.
By summarizing this information, we can analyze the focus of the department’s business.”
After the meal, Lei Ming continued to work. Zhou Liuyi asked her:
"Are you never scared when you're alone at night?"
Lei Ming's face was still full of energy:
"I'm a policeman, what should I be afraid of?"
