Lupin was wearing a well-fitting black robe, and his hair and beard were obviously carefully groomed, at least looking much neater than John's.
The escape plan from Azkaban and John's plan to escape with the children in the castle were carried out simultaneously. Compared to the castle, escaping from that prison was obviously more dangerous.

Originally, Dumbledore planned to let him continue to work at Hogwarts after a week's rest, but Lupin took the initiative to say that he was in good condition and could come to the carriage today.

The dinner ended after Dumbledore finished explaining everything. The students who were rescued from the castle were arranged into the dormitories on the carriage. They had experienced a lot of shock and worry today, but they couldn't rest immediately. Dumbledore took them into an empty classroom alone to deal with their admission contracts.
It was almost 12 o'clock when the children lay down on the soft and comfortable four-poster beds that they had never had in any other school, and soon fell asleep.
The carriage left the tulip field and continued on a journey that no one knew when it would end.
After all matters were properly resolved, all the professors in the school , including Lupin who had just joined today, gathered in Dumbledore's headmaster's office .
There was a quill and a book on Dumbledore's desk.

"Bring them back so we can take the Muggle students away before the people in that castle do."

"Jon rescued all the first and second year students in the castle. Now the Pen of Acceptance and the Book of Admission have also been taken back. The castle has lost its source of Muggle students, which will definitely have a great impact on them."

Several of his most trusted subordinates, including Bellatrix Lestrange, Rodolphus Lestrange, Rabastan Lestrange, and Peter Pettigrew who betrayed us, have not appeared in public for nearly two years. I think if the Dark Lord really has something more important, it may be related to this."
The moment he said the name "Peter Pettigrew", Lily clenched her hands instantly.
Her body visibly tensed up and her breathing became rapid. Lupin also stared at the corner of the table with a gloomy expression.

Seeing their reactions, Flitwick couldn't help but sigh, raised his hand and patted Lily's arm to comfort her. Dumbledore knew very well why they became like this when they heard the name, and he took off his glasses with a slightly tired look.

After Jon returned to the carriage, he found that life here was still the same as before he left, without any major changes.
