Volume 2: Knocking on Heaven's Door Chapter 56 Kingston in Summer (Part 2)

Before he could reach the special forces command center, Tommy Hawke was stopped at a checkpoint. Two trainees and a dozen local black high school students blocked his way.
"Guys, I'm the Prime Minister, Tommy Hawke, remember?" Tommy stopped his bike and spoke to the two students in front of him.
The student turned his head and yelled at the nearby school: "Chairman Nipfen! A poor fellow passed by with a dozen snacks!"
"Hey, you can only call me a pauper if you spend more than fifty dollars at the fast food truck. Are you sure you meet the requirements?" Tommy Hawke looked at the two students with dissatisfaction.
A student nodded and said, "Because you sell a beef burger with a cup of Coke for two dollars. Yes, I think everyone should meet this condition now, poor guy."
Soon, Kevin Knipfen trotted over in a sports suit and saw: "Hello, poor guy."
"Hello, Tights Kevin." Tommy nodded at him, looked at the black high school students, and said, "So, under your leadership, the high school students in this country are also like the black people in the United States, working part-time as robbers after studying?"
Kevin looked at his men and said, "I can't help it. I have to prepare for the National Games, and that white trash Dennis wants to hold a National Music Festival. We both need more talents to join us. In summer, ice cream is obviously the best food to attract talents. I hope you understand, poor guy, put the food down."
"These are from Catherine and given to Frank..." Tommy Hawke began.
Kevin slowly approached Tommy: "Put down the food, Mr. Prime Minister, and don't force me to end you."
"I'm glad you still remember that I'm the Prime Minister. You know I can fire you..." Tommy pushed his feet against the ground , trying to move himself and his bicycle back as quickly as possible.
Kevin turned his head and said, "Boys, let him know how athletes can convince others."
As he spoke, a dozen black people and two students surrounded Tommy.
Although the black man didn't dare to really fight, the two students were ready to demonstrate their wrestling skills using Tommy as a prop.
Tommy handed the food in his hand to the other party obediently: "OK, OK, you win, wait for me to bring the militia to deal with you, damn it, as the Minister of Education, you actually robbed the Prime Minister of your own country."
"Your food is too expensive. I have no choice. I hope you understand. Dennis's mother opened a supermarket. That guy has natural bonus conditions. I can only think of other ways." Kevin got the food and signaled his men to make way.
Tommy Hawke continued on his bike toward the Special Forces.
The National Games and the National Music Festival are two major events in the country in the near future. The initiators are Kevin and Dennis respectively. The students are also very interested in these two events. They have skipped work to join the two organizing committees. In order to ensure more participation in their own activities, both sides have used various means to win over each other's organizing committee members. Since Dennis started preparing for the music festival, Mrs. Herbers's supermarket has seen several incidents of Dennis embezzling from the company.
Kevin controls the population of local elementary and high school students, while Dennis, with his position as police chief, controls more than one hundred police officers. Currently, the two sides are considered the two largest criminal gangs in the country's capital, Kingston.
The Stonewall Prison on the outskirts of Kingston is the command center of the special forces and the headquarters of Frank's militia.
This prison was built during the British colonial period. Since St. Vincent's independence, it has been rarely used. With the opening of the summer camp, the few prisoners were transferred to the sugarcane fields by Maduf and his team as work in lieu of punishment. Most of the prisoners now are unlucky summer camp students. Once caught by Frank, they will enjoy half an hour to two hours of prison time.
"Frank, your ten ice creams and five snack boxes were stolen by Kevin in Tights and his men. This is a major event in this country." Tommy Hawke threw his bicycle against the wall, walked into the prison familiarly, and shouted loudly: "I think you should bring the troops with me to quell the rebellion!"
When Tommy entered the prison, he saw Stephen sitting in a single cell, smoking a cigarette while helping Frank pack his suitcase.
"Wow, hello, rich guy. This is your first time in jail, right? What crime? Corruption?" Tommy grabbed the railing with both hands and asked, "Where's Frank?"
Stephen folded the clothes and put them into the suitcase. "I originally came here to communicate and get back my men who forgot to greet the passing queen because they were taking pictures. Then Frank asked me why the suitcase could not be zipped up after he took out a set of clothes to change. I said it was because he was stupid and didn't know how to fold clothes. He just stuffed them in, so the zipper couldn't be zipped up. Then he told me what stupidity meant. If I didn't help him fold his clothes, I wouldn't be able to leave. As for Frank, it is said that Pam made a trap and successfully caught a live wild boar. Many students have never seen a live wild boar, including Frank, so he took his men to appreciate the wild boar."
"You can fold clothes. I always thought that a rich man like you should have a nanny to help you even when going to the toilet to prevent you from ejaculating in the wrong direction." Tommy asked in surprise when he saw Stephen folding the clothes neatly.
Stephen said: "I went to boarding school from primary school, where there were people more brutal than the nanny to prevent me from ejaculating in the toilet."
After folding the last piece of clothing and zipping up the suitcase, Stephen looked at his masterpiece with satisfaction: "I can't believe that someone can't fold or wash his own clothes after graduating from high school. His mother must love him very much."
"Doesn't your mother help you fold your clothes? The information says that you are an Italian-Jewish person. You should know that this is the case in all Italian families. My mother is Italian, and before she left this world, my brother and I didn't need to fold our own clothes." Tommy Hawke took out a cigarette and handed it to Stephen across the railing.
Stephen took it and lit it. “Since I started school, I went to boarding school and was always told that I had to do everything on my own.”
"Have you folded all the clothes in this box?" After admiring the wild boar, Frank walked in from outside with a dozen of his men. He ignored Tommy Hawke and asked Stephen who was in prison in surprise.
Stephen nodded and said to Frank, “It’s easy, you can learn it too, I can teach you, so I can get out of prison?”
"I've got a better idea. What's your calling, rich guy?" Frank asked.
Stephen smiled and said, “I am the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Minister of Trade of this country.”
Frank turned to look at Tommy, "Not anymore. You need to find someone else to take his place."
"You are the warden and you have no power to remove me from my position." Stephen laughed.
Frank pointed to the suitcase on the ground and said, "You are my adjutant now. Stay and help me with some housework."
"Frank, the rich are..." Tommy tried to help Stephen convince Frank, but Frank's words made him give up the idea:
"Or do you want to take his place, Mr. Prime Minister?"
"It's okay, just let him be your adjutant, Frank. Anyway, there's not much money in this country that needs him to manage." Tommy Hawke looked at Stephen with a cigarette in his mouth and said, "You are dismissed now, rich man. You are his adjutant. Maybe it will make you understand that in this country where warlords are rampant, wealth is useless."
