Chapter 8 I don't allow you to leave without my permission 4
Hang Weicheng! Why is Hang Weicheng here?
"Where is the king! Where did you hide the king?" I rushed forward, grabbed Hang Weicheng, and roared in anger.
"The one you are holding in your hand and yelling at rudely is the king of Yadonis Island!" He told me clearly word by word. He always kept a patient smile on his face. It was like a cat, teasing the mouse under its claws with an elegant posture, watching it go crazy and collapse little by little.
"What a joke! Are you kidding me? Hand over Wang quickly, or I will be rude to you!" I grabbed his front and warned him angrily. Did he think I was a fool, or was he a fool himself, thinking that I would believe such a stupid lie!
"Do you think there's any place here where someone can hide?" Hang Weicheng glanced at me nonchalantly, not caring about the situation at the moment. It was as if I was tickling him!
I turned my head and looked around the altar. The huge altar was empty, with a huge angel statue standing in the middle. There was only a stone chair in front of the statue, and nothing else. And these places... couldn't hide a person at all!
boom--
A loud thunder struck above my head, leaving me stunned and my face pale.
Could it be... Could it be that Hang Weicheng is really the king! I stared at him in disbelief, my lips trembling.
Hang Weicheng let out an unbridled sneer, his chin raised high in a haughty manner , as if it was me, not him, who was being held in his hand.
His pupils were as deep as midnight, so sharp that they seemed to be able to see through everything. His expression seemed to have guessed what I was thinking.
"How could it be... How could you be the king!" I was like a terminally ill person, too weak to exert any strength. The hands that were holding his collar loosened little by little.
"Hmph!" He snorted coldly, with a victorious smile on his lips, as if he was a general overlooking his defeated enemy.
I stumbled back a step, looking up at him shakily. My amber pupils were wide open with tears. My heart dropped a thousand feet. I had put in so much effort and gone through so many twists and turns, but in the end, he still controlled me!
Hang Weicheng turned around and sat back on the stone chair, crossed his legs, and looked at me proudly. "What is your wish? Tell me!" He said to me in a light tone, as if we were just chatting with ordinary friends.
My right eyelid suddenly jumped nervously . I had a very bad feeling. What was Hang Weicheng's purpose in letting me win? Was it just for this moment, to stand face to face with me at the altar?
I felt like I was just a cricket that he used for amusement and fun.
Looking at his midnight pupils, I seemed to have guessed the result of my wish today. But the arrow was on the string and had to be shot. I was already standing on the top of the altar. Should I run away now?
No!
Even if there is only a one in ten thousand chance, I will fight for it! I won't let him see me running away!
A strong wind blew, and the white gauze rolled violently, one wave after another, like a rough sea.
Hang Weicheng's face flickered under the rolling veil. His pupils, as deep as midnight, emitted a light brighter than starlight, as if they had penetrated tens of thousands of light years and pierced my heart.
I swallowed, took a deep breath, and mustered up the courage to open my lips that were withering like petals: "King, my wish..." But before I could finish my words, I was interrupted coldly by Hang Weicheng.
"Kneel down on one leg!" He looked down at me, his handsome face as cold and hard as an ice sculpture. His dark pupils danced with playful ripples.
"What a joke! You want me to kneel down for you? That's wishful thinking!" I felt as if I was pricked by a needle and my whole body bounced back.
"This is the rule. Everyone who makes a wish to me must kneel down, unless you want to give up the wish!" He raised his chin slightly and showed a provocative look.
Damn it! I clenched my fists tightly and tried to hold back. If I hadn't been so strong in self-control, I would have rushed over and punched his proud nose!
When you are under someone's roof, you have to bow your head. Qin Xiaoya, you have to be patient, be patient! I took a deep breath, lowered my posture, and knelt on one knee in front of him. The white veil fell quietly from my cheek, covering my murderous gaze.
Hang Weicheng, you'd better not fall into my hands, otherwise I will make you pay double!
The sun shone in obliquely, casting golden fragments on the ground. On the marble floor, traces of varying depths of time were left.
Hang Weicheng's toes in his black sneakers bounced briskly in front of my eyes. I lowered my head, suppressed the anger that kept boiling in my chest, and said respectfully: "Wang, my wish is that you can give me a graduation certificate from Yadunis Island and let me leave Yadunis. Please fulfill my wish!"
"I don't agree!" Hang Weicheng answered without thinking.
I knew it! I raised my head angrily and glared at him with red eyes: "Are you kidding me?"
Hang Weicheng leaned forward, his nose almost touching my face. At such a close distance, I could almost see the lines on his pupils, like a mysterious flower, quietly blooming and closing silently. His warm breath, with a faint fragrance, hit my face, almost making me drunk instantly.
The tulle hanging from the stone pillars gently rolled and danced. It was a dance that no one appreciated. The sound of the waves was so far away, as if it came from a dream.
He lifted his crabapple-like lips and said word by word, "Yes—so what?"
This bastard!
I jumped up from the ground, pointed at his nose and yelled: "Hang Weicheng, don't go too far! You are not the right person to bully others!"
A strong wind blew, and the gauze rolled violently, so enchanting, just like the raging anger burning in my heart.
"There is no rule in this competition that the king must grant the winner's wish! It's not a foul for me to do this, right?" Hang Weicheng withdrew his body, leaned back on the stone chair, and spread his hands.
I really admire how shameless a person can be!
"My wish is not excessive! I just want to leave Yadonis Island, I just want to leave Yadonis Island, that's all!" I lost my mind and yelled at him.
"I don't allow you. You can't leave without my permission!" He stood up, pointed at my nose and told me firmly.
I finally understood what he meant when he said that I wouldn't be able to realize my wish even if I won.
"You've made up your mind from the beginning that no matter what wish I make, you won't agree to it!" I bit my lower lip, trying to hold back the tears that were about to burst out.
"Yes!" he said mercilessly, "Why do you think I would let you win on purpose? This way you can feel the feeling of falling from heaven to hell!" He moved his lips, and every word he uttered was so sharp, like a sharp arrow, shooting me to pieces.
"Hang Weicheng—you bastard!" I glared at him, my upper and lower teeth chattering so loudly that I almost broke them.
"How does it feel to fall from heaven to hell?" He gave a playful sneer, obviously very satisfied with my anger.
"You are the most shameless bastard in the world!" I cursed at him, turned around and rushed down the altar.
The gauze hanging from the stone pillar suddenly flew up, tumbling and dancing in the air.
I ran wildly on the long stone steps, crying. The white veil on my head fluttered in the wind and was blown into the air by a gust of wind.
I'm such a fool. I didn't even realize I was being played around by someone!
The white gauze was rolling in the air, just like petals falling from a branch, so desolate.
My heart was broken at that moment.
