Chapter 330: Picking a flower and smiling, Wukong finally gets his wish!

"What was it like before the Big Bang?"
"I suddenly understood the emptiness. Before there was no heaven and no earth, there was the motionless emptiness, boundless and immovable."
"The universe may be destroyed, but the void cannot be destroyed."
Chen Jue quickly flipped through the "Five Volumes and Six Books" on the bookshelf in front of him, and the enlightenment in his eyes gradually became clear.
These classics were compiled by Luo Zu of the Wuwei Sect. His real name was Luo Menghong, also known as Wuwei Jushi. He joined the army when he was young. After retiring, he began to seek teachers and learn the truth. He eventually "realized the truth and enlightened his mind" and founded the Wuwei Sect.
The purpose of Wuweijiao is similar to that of the Southern Zen Buddhism. It does not establish written words and denies Buddha statues and temples. It is also called Wukongjiao.
Wukong Wukong, only when you realize the true emptiness can you achieve transcendence.
There is an eight-character secret in the teachings of Wuwei, which is a famous sentence said by Chen Jue and can be heard in many film and television works: "The Mother of No Birth, the True Emptiness of Other Places."
This is the eight-character secret of spiritual practice created by Luo Zu based on his own insights from spiritual practice, taking absolute and eternal vacuum as the foundation of the universe.
"Luo Zu's thoughts are based on the Diamond Sutra. He himself advocates liberation through inaction, the unification of the three religions, and focuses on inner alchemy practice."
"This person's cultivation realm should have touched the extraordinary level. Under the condition of lacking the innate Qi, he cultivated his physical body to perfection at that time, which is enough to be comparable to people like Sakyamuni, Chongyang Patriarch, and Sanfeng Patriarch."
"It's a pity that the doctrine he created with great effort was misused by the White Lotus Sect in later generations, and was finally labeled as a heresy." Chen Jue muttered twice, feeling a little indignant for this senior master in history.
Fortunately, the several books on enlightenment written by Luo Zu have not been lost, and the descriptions of "true vacuum" and "void" in them broadened Chen Jue's horizons.
“In the absence of the innate Qi, breaking through the void and seeing the indestructible God is the end point of human body cultivation.”
"So what happens after you have the innate Qi and the martial arts energy?"
Chen Jue talked to himself and put down the "Five Volumes and Six Books" in his hand. He once again entered a mysterious state of enlightenment.
Chen Jue spent two days and two nights working non-stop to browse through all the books in the base.
Relying on rote memorization, all the known ancient Chinese books and rare copies on the earth have been transformed into massive amounts of text information and entered into Chen Jue's brain.
However, this high-intensity "learning" still makes Chen Jue, a top-level extraordinary human, feel a little mentally exhausted.
His brain attributes are only three times higher than the human limit, unlike his strength and agility which are explosive.
Fortunately, he had accumulated a lot of free attribute points before. When he was tired and sleepy, Chen Jue added 0.01 to the brain attribute. He was instantly refreshed and continued to read books and work hard.
After reading all the books, the enlightenment in Chen Jue's eyes became brighter than before. He felt that he had touched the edge of the void-level theory, and all he lacked was that crucial finishing touch.
"The paths of our predecessors and ancients have already been followed."
"Next comes the modern scientific theories!" Chen said to himself with determination.
After realizing the importance of the mass-energy equation that was born a hundred years ago to his own practice, Chen Jue no longer despises modern scientific theories and many hypotheses.
As the great man said, "Trust in science."
Chen Jue, who grew up in a peaceful era and was instilled with scientific ideas since childhood, knew that relying solely on the practice experience of his predecessors would not work.
Because no one before him lived longer than him, and no one possessed such great physical energy as he did.
Since the previous path is blocked, let’s choose a new one.
Chen is definitely not a pedantic person. He knows how to digest, understand, and ultimately integrate the ancient book materials collected in his mind.
After sleeping for a whole day in the luxurious dormitory prepared for him by Liu Chengdong, he got up, took a shower, and consumed a lot of nutrition in the cafeteria. Chen Jue appeared in the electronic reading room of the library with full energy again.
In order not to disturb Chen Jue's practice, Liu Chengdong specially took a "temporary maintenance" sign and hung it at the door of the electronic reading room to create a quiet learning environment for Chen Jue.
It’s called learning, but in fact it’s just the most basic data entry.
Just like the most advanced computer in front of Chen Jue, as long as he types in the keywords he wants to search for, such as "vacuum", "human body", "evolution", "universe", "electricity", "void", "micro", "macro", "star", "nuclear reaction" and other keywords required for practice, a large number of papers, hypotheses and materials matching the keywords will automatically pop up in the computer's database.
Compared with the massive amount of ancient book materials that are difficult to find the clues to, computer search is relatively friendly. After searching for the keywords, a total of more than 100,000 related paper materials popped up.
This includes articles by famous domestic and foreign scientists in history, such as Einstein, Darwin, Tesla, San Qian, and Yu Lao.
There are also some that have only been perfected in recent years, such as the confidential information on the commercial application technology of nuclear fusion reactions mentioned by Mr. Zhong.
Since Chen Jue's account level was set to the highest authority, he could easily access information that ordinary people could not access.
Of course, Chen Jue spent most of his time reading mechanically. Occasionally, when he came across a paper that inspired him, he would slow down and read it carefully.
It was three days later before I finished reading all the scientific information I had retrieved.
It took Chen Jue three days to read through a total of 100,000 papers. If the editors who were doing paper review knew about this, they would kneel down and beg Chen Jue to teach them one trick or another.
no way!
It’s really too fast!
By utilizing his extraordinary attributes in learning, Chen Jue's learning efficiency directly broke the ceiling in human learning history!
Shocking UC-style headlines like "Studying for a master's and doctoral degree in three years" and "Becoming the youngest doctoral supervisor in the university before the age of 29" would be crushed to pieces in front of Chen Jue.
As long as Chen Jue is willing, he can master all the subject knowledge from kindergarten to doctoral supervisor in just one week!
Let him take part in all the written tests currently available to mankind, and he will get full marks only. Don't even think of deducting any points for his handwriting on the paper!
Because when Chen Jue read a lot of books before, he also engraved all the fonts he saw into his mind.
Whether it's the Song Huizong's Slender Gold Style, the Lanting Preface by the calligrapher Wang Xizhi, or the writing methods of some ancient foreign languages, as long as you give Chen Jue a pen, he can write the most beautiful handwriting of mankind!
Even the most stringent examiner would be convinced and give him full marks after seeing this.
After leaving the electronic reading room, the base is still as busy as ever.
The staff were coming and going in a hurry, and the selected candidates were practicing in groups of three or five around the track in the base.
After spending five days enriching his knowledge base, Chen Jue felt that his brain capacity had reached a certain limit.
Fortunately, the free attribute points are very powerful. After increasing the brain attribute to 4.00, the feeling of dizziness disappeared instantly, and the whole world seemed to slow down.
It was summer time, the sun was just rising, and there were wisps of morning breeze blowing through the base in the early morning, and the air was filled with a sense of comfort.
As the saying goes, a day's plan begins in the morning. During this period of time, the human heart beats most strongly and the blood supply to the brain becomes unusually sufficient. The brain's thinking will be much more open than usual under this stimulation.
"The human body's biological clock?" Chen Jue muttered to himself.
He looked up at the sun and the moon in the sky, then glanced at the busy scene in the base. While strolling as if no one was around, Chen Jue picked a small white flower from the roadside flowerbed and held it between his fingers.
He picked up the little white flower and took a slight sniff. The refreshing fragrance made Chen Jue happy.
Finding a green lawn where no one would disturb him, Chen Jue sat down and leaned against a big tree that was growing well. He thought quietly, recalled the information he had read in recent days, and gently turned the small white flower in his hand.
Gradually, Chen Jue felt that his vision, hearing, touch, smell, taste , and perception seemed to be infinitely magnified at this moment, and his thoughts were also infinitely divergent.
His eyes were fixed on the petals of the little white flower, and the petals began to rapidly enlarge in Chen Jue's eyes.
From the plant-specific cell wall, cell wall, to the cell nucleus inside, until the above cell structure was completely presented in Chen Jue's sight.
At this moment Chen Jue laughed very loudly. He finally understood why the story of Buddha smiling at a flower was passed down.
Because he saw with his own eyes the "vacuum" area in the petals. Those were angular bubbles that looked like stacked soap bubbles, just like the cellular world from a special perspective as stated in the Buddhist scriptures: "One flower, one world; one leaf, one bodhi."
In Chen Jue's eyes, each petal cell is like a miniature universe, and the large space between the cell wall, cell membrane and cell nucleus is the so-called "void".
