When I got back to school, it was almost curfew time. Several girls in my dormitory all had boyfriends, and if they hadn't come back at this time, they probably wouldn't come back.

There were not many people in the hospital at midnight, it was empty, and the entire IV room was empty except for me and the nurse on duty. At daybreak, the two bottles of medicine were finally finished, and my left hand was so stiff that I could hardly move it. However, the medicine worked quickly and I felt much better. The nurse told me to eat light food and pay more attention to my diet for the next few days, and told me to go to the pharmacy to get some medicine and then I could leave.
There were not many people coming to the hospital at this time. I had hardly ever been to a hospital in all the time I had been in Li City. I searched for a long time before I finally found a pharmacy. The nurse in the pharmacy had just come to work. She took my medicine list and asked me to wait, then walked away.
I took out my cell phone out of boredom and checked the time. When I looked up again, a somewhat familiar figure suddenly appeared in my sight. My eyes widened immediately and I chased after him without caring about anything else.
The man was tall and thin, wearing a white shirt and black trousers, and the way he walked was very similar to the boy I remembered.

I heard the nurse's voice behind me asking me to get medicine, but I turned a deaf ear to her. Even though I had no strength left in my body, I gritted my teeth and ran after her.

Ning Qiyuan would be in the hospital now, maybe he was sick like me?

About 20 minutes later, Jiang Sijin arrived in a taxi, holding a bowl of freshly cooked vegetable porridge. After pulling me into the car, she urged me, "I think you haven't eaten yet, so I brought it for you on the way here."
My heart warmed, and I didn't hesitate to open it and started eating slowly.

I concentrated on eating and ignored her. The vegetable porridge was very warming to the stomach. After drinking a bowl of it, the remaining discomfort in the stomach slowly dissipated. "How was your day yesterday?" I asked purely to divert her attention.

If it wasn't him, why did he stop for a moment when I called out his name?

After sending me back to the school dormitory, Jiang Sijin went back. In the evening, my father called me. I didn't tell him that I saw someone in the hospital who might be Ning Qiyuan. Maybe Jiang Sijin was right.
