Chapter 25: See You Later

In fact, Zhang Dadao did not expect that Wang Sheng would be so easy to talk to and agree to his request so easily. You know, what he was going to do could be big or small. At the very least, he would be scolded a few times and that would be fine. But if he met the kind of guy who likes to get to the bottom of things, he might have to stay in the isolation room for a few months. And even if he came out, he would definitely be treated as a key observation object. It was a foregone conclusion that he would have to resume taking medication.
Zhang Dadao actually didn't think that Wang Sheng would agree to his request so easily, and he even prepared some words to persuade Wang Sheng. But now none of them came in handy, as Wang Sheng simply agreed to his request, and the conditions he proposed were so simple.
However, Zhang Dadao thought about it and found it easy to understand. For Wang Sheng, other things were not a problem, but the moonlight that might shine in every night was what he feared the most. If he rejected Wang Sheng, he would feel chilled when he thought about Zhang Dadao lifting the curtains when he fell asleep in the middle of the night. It would be better to do a favor to Zhang Dadao and ask for a peaceful night.
The two of them took what they needed, smiled at each other and stopped talking, turning around to eat. After the meal, the nurses put away the tableware, Su Jinjin and Doctor Xiao Zheng handed over their shifts, and then they went into the activity room with two nurses. After calling the roll, they were ready to do a chest X-ray while there were not so many people.
Zhang Dadao was at the front of the team, while Wang Sheng was at the end. Su Jinjin led the way, with a nurse following behind him. With this configuration, as long as not all ten or so patients were ill at the same time, they could handle it. Anyway, they were in the hospital, and support would arrive quickly no matter where they were.

Zhang Dadao was holding the key in his hand, and he was a little nervous! The door of the storage room on the first floor is usually not locked, but there is always a chance. If it is locked today, Zhang Dadao will have to find another opportunity. With a blue colored pencil on his ear, Zhang Dadao looked at Su Jinjin, the nurse, and Wang Sheng carefully. Although he couldn't see his own fortune, judging from the fortune of these people, Zhang Dadao felt that the chance was still quite good.
But even so, it was not 100% accurate, and Zhang Dadao was still a little hesitant and nervous. Going down the stairs, the team soon entered the first floor, and just as they passed the storage room, the tail of the team had not yet gone down the stairs. Zhang Dadao became more and more nervous, and the palm of his hand holding the key continued to sweat.
At this critical moment, there was a sudden commotion in the back. Zhang Dadao took the opportunity to shout to the front: "Su Jinjin, something happened in the back!"
Su Jinjin was stunned, and she and the nurse hurriedly walked back. When they passed by Zhang Dadao, they pushed Zhang Dadao, who was deliberately blocking the way, towards the storage room. Several schizophrenic patients in the team were easily excited, and they also became excited at this time. The nurse and a nurse at the reception desk also hurried out. The team suddenly became a mess. Zhang Dadao took advantage of the chaos to open the door of the storage room, pushed it open a crack and slipped in.
Without even having time to congratulate himself on his good luck, Zhang Dadao rushed to his locker, opened it, quickly grabbed the safety scissors, bank card, and a roll of tape and stuffed them into his pocket. Then he hurried to the door, and when he heard the chaos outside was still going on, he opened the door to look outside, but no one went out. Zhang Dadao hid in the storage room, observing the situation outside through the crack of the door, while calming his pounding heart.
Wang Sheng's noise was not too loud and soon calmed down. Su Jinjin led the nurse to count the heads all the way back to the front of the team. After counting again, they found that Zhang Dadao was missing. Zhang Dadao did not try to hide and was immediately discovered by Su Jinjin. He was caught with a frivolous smile, and Zhang Dadao said happily:
"I'm smart, right? I hid when the chaos started. I'm sure I'll be fine even if these guys really go crazy!"
Su Jinjin glared at him fiercely and said, "If you hadn't been yelling, would it have been such a commotion? Is it just that someone sprained their ankle back there?"
Zhang Dadao looked innocent as he looked at Su Jinjin and said, "Is it my fault? Who made that guy at the back scream so miserably? I thought the house had collapsed. My goodness, that scream was like a castrated pig!"
The caregiver who was organizing the team nearby found it funny and interrupted, "Little charlatan, haven't you lived in the yard since you were a child? How can you even know what a pig is castrated?"

Zhang Dali said as a matter of course: "Yes, I haven't seen it in this life, and I haven't seen it in the previous life?"
After hearing this, Su Jinjin glared at the nurse fiercely. The nurse also remembered Zhang Dadao's situation and could not help but slap himself in the face, regretting having to deal with this mentally ill Zhang Dadao.
After that, everything went much more smoothly. Nothing else happened on the way back from the chest X-ray. Except for the patient who was tricked by Wang Sheng, whose ankle was swollen like a steamed bun, no one was hurt. It can be said that Zhang Dadao's operation was a complete success and did not arouse any suspicion.
Back in the activity room, Zhang Dadao thanked Wang Sheng and sat in front of the bookshelf again, pretending to be a good kid. The "movie king" was still studying performing arts in front of the TV, and the "zombie" was practicing his joint standing method in front of the window. The "author" seemed to have stayed away from Zhang Dadao since he and the "movie king" parted ways unhappily yesterday, and he also wanted to hide from him, so he seemed not to be in this activity room.
After lunch, Old Man Han, who had not appeared for a long time, appeared out of nowhere. Zhang Dadao was quite surprised when he saw the old man. He couldn't help asking, "I haven't seen you for two days. Where have you been?"
Old Man Han smiled and didn't answer. Instead, he asked, "How are you preparing? We're going to have a holiday tomorrow! You know that our hospital always has a holiday adjustment . There are a lot of patients during the May Day holiday."
Zhang Dadao smiled and nodded, saying, "What are you talking about? How be prepared? I didn't say I was going to run away." Just as he said this, a flash of lightning suddenly flashed outside, and the light bulbs in the room flickered a few times. Then a thunderclap sounded, and several patients screamed. Zhang Dadao looked out the window and found that the sky was very dark, and it seemed that there would be a heavy rain tonight.
Old Man Han looked at Zhang Dadao and said happily, "Are you telling lies? If you keep telling lies, the thunder will hit your head!"
Zhang Dadao raised his head and smiled, saying disdainfully: "Believe it or not, we in the Tianshi Dao are proficient in thunder magic, so why would I be afraid of this?"
Old Man Han shook his head and did not argue with Zhang Dadao. He just turned around and left while saying, "The one who is proficient in thunder magic is Shenxiao Dao! Find an amateur to cheat next time! We will regret it forever!"
Zhang Dadao was also stunned, squinting his eyes and whispering: "Old fox, he figured it out again?" Then he shook his head, glanced at the clock on the wall, turned around and walked towards another activity room. It seemed that the time he planned was almost up.
