Chapter 17: Dazzling
In five consecutive vicious attacks on patrol police, Rock was the only survivor except for the escaped Kunaler, and was therefore summoned by August Russell.
August Russell is the highest official in the Cape Town Police Department. He has served in the navy and worked in the Indian colonies after retiring. He has rich experience in colonial management.
"Locke, you are the only survivor. Now recall carefully the scene of the attack and see if you can remember anything?" August Russell had expectations for Rocke, but this was also a last-ditch effort.
