Before Princess Shi could finish her words, Duanmu Lei pushed her away, kicked the door open and walked in, looking aggressive and without any respect at all.
"What's wrong?" A lazy voice sounded.
Duanmu Lei was startled, and raised his head, seeing Wei Ning sitting leisurely by the bed, tying his belt, in a white robe, with a noble demeanor.
"I asked you to please the Regent, but why did you make him so angry instead?" Duanmu Lei said unhappily.
"How can you blame me for this? I gave the unpolished jade to the Regent King as you instructed . He was very happy and gave me many good things in return. Who would have thought that the Regent King would arrive right after I arrived at Zuixianlou?"
" Why did ?" Duanmu Lei was very angry. His plan had been successful, but who knew it would end like this?
"I miss Princess Shi." Wei Ning said as a matter of course, "Young Marquis, don't worry. I'm just having fun in the brothel. The Regent is just angry for a while. How big of a deal is that?"

The villa arranged by Duanmu Lei was very remote. It was just an ordinary mansion with two courtyards and a dozen rooms. Although it was a bit shabby, it was quiet and there were few people around, which made Wei Ning very satisfied.
