Chapter 1 The most tragic first meeting in history
Chapter 1 The most tragic first meeting in history
Under the sun, Su Jingjing has bright eyes, white teeth, fair skin and a petite figure, just like a good girl next door. But no one would have thought that under this delicate appearance, there is a martial arts champion hidden.
01
Warm water poured from the shower head, splashing onto the surrounding white tiles.
Even though he is now in China, Gu Rong still feels a sense of empathy for his life on the run. He just casually chatted up a beautiful woman in a bar, so why was she hunted down by her father who had tattoos all over his body?
Gu Rong was planning to take the opportunity of taking a shower to calm himself down, and he didn't hear the sound of the door opening.
Su Jingjing called out several times, but no one responded. She hummed a little tune and walked into 4026 happily with a rag. This was Su Jingjing's first day at work. If she could work smoothly here, she would have the hope of raising enough money for college tuition. Su Jingjing had just finished the college entrance examination. Because her father "became a martial artist", he did not approve of Su Jingjing's college entrance examination, so she had to work part-time to save up tuition. With the hope of reaching the pinnacle of life in sight, Su Jingjing was in high spirits at work.
After cleaning the room, Su Jingjing walked towards the bathroom with a rag. I don't know if it's because the hotel bathroom is too soundproof or Su Jingjing's hearing is poor, anyway, when Su Jingjing opened the bathroom door, the whole world stopped——
"Who are you?" The silence did not last long, and Gu Rong in the bathroom howled like a wolf.
Su Jingjing stared blankly at Gu Rong, who was jumping up and down to look for a towel while covering his key parts. She couldn't help but point with her index finger, "There."
"Oh, thank you." Gu Rong quickly wrapped himself in a bath towel and subconsciously expressed his gratitude, but three seconds later he yelled again, "What are you still standing there for? Are you waiting for me to sign for you? Get out now!"
Su Jingjing rubbed her ears that were stung by Gu Rong's high-pitched roar and quietly left the bathroom.
Not long after, Gu Rong came out wearing a bathrobe, glaring at Su Jingjing who was standing obediently in the corner. "You came in to clean up while the guests were still in the room. You are so diligent!"
Su Jingjing raised her eyes and looked at Gu Rong, not knowing whether to nod or shake her head, although she wanted to nod in her heart.
"Are you new here?" Gu Rong sat on the sofa and kept pressing the remote control to change channels, as if the remote control was Su Jingjing.
Su Jingjing said "hmm".
Gu Rong nodded, gritted his teeth and said, "Congratulations, you're dead!"
"Ah?" Su Jingjing called out subconsciously.
Gu Rong picked up the phone and squinted at Su Jingjing while saying, "I want to file a complaint against you. Today is the end of your employment."
"No!" Su Jingjing hurried over and grabbed the microphone from Gu Rong's hand.
Gu Rong is 180cm tall, while Su Jingjing is only 162cm tall. Gu Rong quickly stood on the sofa and held up the phone. Su Jingjing couldn't reach it anyway, so she could only stand below and worry.
"Hey, I want to complain." Gu Rong stood on the sofa and looked down at the anxious girl proudly. "What's your name?" Gu Rong lowered his head and looked carefully at Su Jingjing's name tag.
Su Jingjing hurriedly covered her name tag, determined not to let Gu Rong see it. Gu Rong held the microphone in one hand and pulled Su Jingjing's hand with the other. But what he didn't expect was that this thin-looking girl was quite strong. Gu Rong had to hold the phone with his head and shoulders, and then use both hands to deal with Su Jingjing.
Su Jingjing sat on the ground, using all her strength to stand still. Gu Rong had no choice but to squat on the ground and wrestle with her.
"Let me go!" Gu Rong's face turned red.
Su Jingjing blocked the name tag and said word by word: "Just - not - loose!"
"Are you going to let go? If not, I'll bite you." Sweat slowly seeped out of Gu Rong's forehead. He couldn't understand how a little girl could be so strong. "I'm really biting."
"I'm not afraid of you." Su Jingjing glared at him.
Gu Rong was no longer polite to her, and without saying anything, he opened his mouth and bit down -
"Ah!" This time it was Su Jingjing's turn to scream.
The hotel staff on the other end of the phone only heard a scream and thought something was wrong, so they quickly took people to 4026 to check the situation. A group of people hurried to the door, and when they opened the door, they saw Su Jingjing holding Gu Rong, who was wearing a bathrobe, under her body, and Gu Rong's hand was on Su Jingjing's chest. For a moment, they really couldn't figure out what was going on.
"What are you looking at? Pull this bitch off me!" Gu Rong shouted with difficulty at the staff who were standing at the door with wide eyes.
The group of people finally came to their senses and rushed over to pull Su Jingjing up.
Gu Rong was helped up from the ground by two people. He pointed at Su Jingjing, panting, and gave her a thumbs up: "OK, you are really good! No woman has ever dared to pin me to the ground." Then he turned his head and asked the person who helped him up: "What's her name?"
"Su Jingjing, today is your first day here. Mr. Gu, please don't..." The man actually wanted to plead for Su Jingjing.
Gu Rong put his index finger on his lips and made a gesture to silence him. The man immediately stopped talking and dared not say anything more.
Gu Rong looked at Su Jingjing with a half-smile, and regardless of his embarrassment, he walked up to her and said arrogantly: "Didn't you tell me your name? I still know it. Su Jingjing, right? Manager Yan, what do you say?"
Manager Yan, who was standing nearby, immediately bowed and said, "I understand what Mr. Gu means. I will fire her immediately. An employee who dares to offend customers cannot be kept."
Gu Rong raised his eyebrows at Su Jingjing contentedly, took out a few hundred-dollar bills from his wallet and stuffed them into Su Jingjing's shirt pocket, saying shamelessly: "It's hard to find a female sparring partner these days. Thank you."
Su Jingjing stared at Gu Rong in silence, feeling her mind go haywire. When she came to, she found herself standing outside the hotel, with a few bills in her pocket. The sun was still so dazzling, but Su Jingjing felt a gloomy atmosphere. People were coming and going at the entrance of the hotel, but Su Jingjing couldn't hear what they were saying. She had just been dreaming of making money to save for tuition, but now she was kicked out of the hotel. It was so dramatic.
